π¬οΈ What is an HVAC System? π§π
HVAC = Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning
Itβs the system that keeps your home warm in winter, cool in summer, and your air fresh all year round!
Hereβs how it works:
1. Heating π₯
Uses a furnace or heat pump to warm up your indoor space.
2. Ventilation π¬οΈ
Circulates fresh air inside your house, removing stale air and indoor pollutants.
3. Air Conditioning βοΈ
Uses refrigerant and a compressor to cool down your home on hot days.
β Keeps your home comfortable
β Improves indoor air quality
β Saves energy when maintained properly
π Tip: Change your air filters every 1β3 months for better performance!

Air Conditioner Installation Clearance Requirements
shows the proper clearance distances needed for installing an air conditioning system, including both the indoor and outdoor units.
Indoor Unit (Wall-Mounted):
Minimum 15 cm space from the ceiling.
Minimum 15 cm space from each side wall.
At least 230 cm above the floor.
At least 300 cm clearance in front of the air outlet side.
Outdoor Unit:
Minimum 30 cm above the ground.
At least 50 cm clearance from any obstruction above.
At least 30 cm space on the air inlet side.

A professionally installed hydronic heating system centered around a Cordivari thermal storage tank. The system is designed to efficiently manage heat distribution for space heating and domestic hot water needs. The large insulated storage tank acts as a buffer, optimizing energy usage by reducing the frequency of boiler operation and ensuring a steady heat supply. Multiple expansion tanks (red and blue) are integrated into the system to regulate pressure variations and enhance safety. The piping network, made of high-quality copper, is meticulously arranged with multiple valves and pumps to control water flow effectively.
On the right side, a manifold distribution system with circulator pumps allows for the precise distribution of heated water to different heating zones, likely for radiators or underfloor heating. The control panel on the wall and various sensors help monitor and regulate temperature, ensuring optimal efficiency. This setup appears to be part of a multi-source heating system, possibly integrating a boiler, heat pump, or even solar thermal input. The Cordivari brand is known for its high-efficiency thermal storage solutions, making this system a reliable and energy-efficient choice for residential or commercial applications.
