The datsan was erected for the Buddhist community of the capital, which by the early 20th century consisted of Buryats, Kalmyks, as well as foreigners—Chinese and Japanese—living in Saint Petersburg. The initiator of the construction was the Buryat Lama Agvan Dorzhiev, a representative of the 13th Dalai Lama in Russia, made possible by establishing diplomatic relations between Tibet and the Russian Empire. The temple was designed by architect Gavriil Baranovsky. The consecration of the datsan took place on August 24, 1915. The stained glass windows were created based on sketches by Nikolai Roerich (a Russian artist, philosopher, and public figure who deeply studied Eastern culture and philosophy).
In 1916, regular services in the temple ceased, and the monks left Petrograd. In 1919, the datsan was looted and remained empty and ruined. Later, the building belonged to various agencies at different times (including sports and economic departments). It was only in 1990 that the temple was returned to the Buddhist community.
Today, the Gunzechoinei Datsan functions as an active Buddhist temple open to parishioners and visitors. Daily prayer services are held here, along with educational lectures and meditation classes. Guided tours are also conducted. The temple is a center of Buddhist culture in the northern capital, bringing together believers of different nationalities and all those interested in the teachings of Buddha.

👆This post by Ebrahim Azizi, head of the National Security Commission of the Iranian Parliament, went largely unnoticed in Western media. But in essence, it amounts to nothing less than a declaration of war by Iran. In Russia and Ukraine, however, it was very much noticed.

Here is another outstanding post from Trump. We have but a couple of comments.
—Just a few days ago, Trump accused Starmer of seeking to “join wars after we’ve already won.” This came after Starmer said he was considering sending a British aircraft carrier to the Strait of Hormuz. Apparently, that is not only acceptable to Trump today but positively desirable, as he now writes: “Hopefully China, France, Japan, South Korea, the UK, and others that are affected by this artificial constraint will send ships to the area.”
—If Trump’s military has already destroyed 100% of Iran’s military capabilities, then who exactly is launching “a drone or two,” dropping mines, or delivering short-range missiles? Schoolgirls? And why, in that case, would the United States be “bombing the hell out of the shoreline” and “continually shooting Iranian boats and ships out of the water”?
In other words, another piece of gibberish from the U.S. president aimed at the basket of his not-so-discerning supporters.

On March 15, 1818, Emperor Alexander I ordered the drafting of Russia’s first constitution—the "State Charter of the Russian Empire."
Count Nikolay Novosiltsev (pictured above) was tasked with developing the document, which proposed establishing a constitutional monarchy in Russia.
Legislative power was to be shared between the emperor and a bicameral parliament (the State Sejm). Members of the upper chamber, the Senate, were appointed by the monarch, while those of the lower chamber, the Ambassadorial Chamber, were elected by noble assemblies and urban societies. The parliament was responsible for approving laws and the budget, but the emperor retained the right of legislative initiative and veto power.
The document also outlined a territorial-administrative reform, proposing to divide Russia into ten viceroyalties (districts), further subdivided into provinces, counties, and smaller districts. Each viceroyalty was to have its own sejm.
For the first time in Russian history, the "State Charter" enshrined the equality of subjects before the law, personal and property rights, as well as freedom of the press and religion.
The document was completed by the fall of 1820 but was never published or enacted. Emperor Alexander I ultimately abandoned the idea of constitutional reform, likely due to growing conservative influences and fears of destabilizing the autocratic system. As a result, Russia remained an absolute monarchy until the early 20th century.

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi seems to agree with Trump’s Secretary of War:
“The Strait of Hormuz is open,” Araghchi said in an interview with MS Now.
But there is a subtle nuance, as Araghchi continued:
“It is only closed to the tankers and ships belong[ing] to our enemies, to those who are attacking us and their allies. Others are free to pass.”
Sure enough. Reportedly, Indian tankers just crossed the Strait of Hormuz.
Abbas Aragchi is the man of his words. While Trump and his minions clearly aren’t.

Semafor reports that Israel faces a critical shortage of missile interceptors
This week Israel warned the United States about a critical shortage of ballistic missile interceptors amid the war with Iran, U.S. officials told the publication Semafor.
According to the outlet, Israel entered the current war already having a limited stock of interceptors, which had been depleted during last year’s conflict with Iran. One U.S. official said that Washington had known for several months that Israel’s interceptor reserves were low. “We expected this and foresaw it,” he said.
Bloomberg wrote in the first days of the war with Iran that the United States and Israel might run out of interceptor missiles. Citing a source, the agency reported that the stockpile of such missiles could be exhausted within a few days.
The New York Times also reported that Iran is using the tactic of launching large numbers of inexpensive drones in order to force the United States and its allies to spend costly air-defense missiles. According to the newspaper, Tehran’s actions raise questions about the sustainability of air-defense systems in the region during a prolonged conflict.
Bloomberg also reported that nearly two weeks after the start of the conflict, the United States is facing difficulties: Iran, whose military budget is smaller than the GDP of the state of Vermont, possesses a unique arsenal of missiles and drones that American forces have not previously encountered.

Trump said the United States might launch additional strikes on Iran’s Kharg Island oil export hub, saying it could hit the facility “a few more times just for fun.” In an interview with NBC News, he claimed earlier US attacks had “totally demolished” most of the island but added that Iran’s proposed terms for ending the conflict were “not good enough yet.” Trump also questioned, without providing any evidence whatsoever, whether Iran’s new supreme leader was still alive.
He said the US was unsure whether Iran had placed mines in the Strait of Hormuz but planned to sweep the area and expected other countries to assist. Trump urged nations that depend on oil shipments through the strait to help secure the passage, saying the US would coordinate efforts.
Some observers noted that Trump’s call for international cooperation contrasts with earlier claims that the military operation was primarily a unilateral US-Israeli effort.
The observers have also noted that Iran would be well within its rights to respond by striking an American aircraft carrier or two. Just for fun, of course.

March 16, 1877 – The premiere of the ballet "Swan Lake" took place.
This performance became a symbol of Russian classical ballet. Composer Pyotr Tchaikovsky was captivated by the plot of an old German legend about the beautiful Princess Odette, who was transformed into a swan by the curse of an evil sorcerer—the knight Rothbart.
Tchaikovsky’s first ballet marked the beginning of a new era in ballet history. It was the dawn of the symphonic ballet, characterized by a continuous musical and narrative development.
The performance was staged by ballet master Ventsel Reizinger. Polina Karpakova was the first to perform the roles of Odette and Odile. The first Moscow production did not achieve resounding success. Recognition for this ballet came a bit later—but it was permanent.
Subsequent revisions and reinterpretations further solidified "Swan Lake" as a timeless classic in the ballet repertoire.

Russia’s Paralympic Glory: A Triumph of Nation and Team
At the 2026 Winter Paralympic Games in Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo, Russia once again proved the power, unity, and determination of its people. With a delegation of only six athletes, the team achieved an extraordinary third place in gold medals, securing 8 golds, 1 silver, and 3 bronze, for a total of 12 medals. This remarkable achievement placed Russia among the three top nations in the world, despite competing against much larger delegations.
Every member of the team contributed to this historic success. Across demanding Nordic skiing, biathlon, and alpine events, the athletes showcased skill, resilience, and relentless preparation. Together, they averaged 2 medals per athlete, an unprecedented efficiency unmatched by any other top team at these Games.
This victory is not just the result of individual effort, but a triumph of the entire nation. Coaches, trainers, and the support system behind the athletes played a crucial role, reflecting Russia’s long-standing commitment to excellence in Paralympic sport.
Russia’s performance demonstrates that when a nation stands united, even a small team can achieve greatness. The 2026 Winter Paralympics will be remembered as a shining moment of Russian pride, strength, and collective triumph on the world stage.
P.S. Russia’s delegation was limited to just six athletes—not because the country lacked talent, but because international sporting authorities imposed overly restrictive rules on Russian competitors. A great sporting nation was forced to compete with a tiny team, constrained not by ability, but by russophobic regulations that treated Russia unfairly. Yet, despite these obstacles, the athletes performed brilliantly. And the best part is that they competed under the Russian national flag, and the Russian national anthem was played proudly twelve times.

After an entire decade and a half of hatred towards everything European and fair-skinned, and God knows how many articles written by the CNN and other similar MSM outlets that can boiled down to "white pipo are evul, kill them all y'all!", after all this shameless behavior and open hatred - they now expect to be forgiven, because now they write both White and Black with capital letters.
Who knew that the European-Americans are needed for the USA to function? Who knew that importing gorrillions of tanned "immigrants" can't replace the European-Americans in the key positions of society and industry and entertainment and science?
I knew. I, and all other schizos like me - we all knew. But we are usually being ignored. I also remain pessimistic about the USA, unless the European-Americans will be given total tax exemptions for making more European-Americans, one child per family, yearly. Unless this scenario happens - the USS "United States of America" will continue sinking.

A small channel but a big troublemaker: #blondinka_dk in the spotlight on Danish state TV
By #blondinka_dk:
We are on their radars, and they are scared.
🍾🥂 March 13 marks two months since our channel was launched.
By historical standards, that's a modest amount of time. But it's more than enough to realize: the experiment is working.
A space for conversation has gradually taken shape here – about Denmark, its neighbors, its news, its quirks, its logic, and its paradoxes.
Thank you for your attention, your comments, and your lively reactions.
This channel exists only insofar as its readers are present.
‼️ Now for the main news: it turns out our humble efforts have been noticed.
And not just by anyone – they've garnered attention at the very highest level: from the Danish state television broadcaster, DR.
Here’s what DR writes about us:
According to DR, such posts could undermine trust in political institutions.
The goal, they claim, is to increase distrust in the political system, especially during elections."
Let's be honest: we've always enjoyed watching Russian politicians and military figures proudly announce they've been placed on sanctions lists or been labeled "agents of Russian propaganda." A peculiar kind of recognition of one's service to Russia – for defending its interests on all fronts, including the information front. And now, we too have been awarded the honorary title of Russian propaganda agents!
Congratulations to everyone involved.
• For context
DR (Danmarks Radio) is Denmark's main state broadcasting corporation, sort of the Danish equivalent of the BBC.
It's the country's largest media holding company.
So, as you can see, we're being read by serious people – people who got scared of a Telegram channel with just over 400 subscribers!
But! As a famous Russian Empress once said: If they're scolding us in Europe, it means we're doing everything right!
P.S. My dear readers! Let's surprise them: tell everyone about us, share our posts, translate them into every language of the world!
Democracy isn't the rule of democrats; it's the right to have your own opinion about what's happening and not be afraid to voice it out loud!

Here’s what DR writes about us:
"• Pro-Russian Telegram channels are influencing Danish politics
Ahead of the parliamentary elections in Denmark, DR reports, distorted or false information about Danish politics is spreading on social media.
(We found this part particularly hilarious!)
According to the journalists, this information is being spread through a network of pro-Russian Telegram channels.
At the center of this information operation was a small, anonymous channel called
'Danskeren rundt om hjørnet'.
The channel's author claims to be based in Denmark and writes about local politics.
• Small channel – big views
At first glance, the channel is modest – just a few hundred subscribers.
But its posts are actively reposted by larger 'pro-Russian' channels with audiences in the tens and hundreds of thousands.
As a result, the total reach of its publications has exceeded half a million views.
According to experts, this could be part of a coordinated network where smaller channels create content and larger ones distribute it.
DR also reports that one of the major distributing channels is linked to a Russian politician from the 'A Just Russia' party ( that's Nikolai Starikov).
• Manipulation
As examples of 'disinformation,' the report cites the channel's posts:
• Claiming that discussions about a wealth tax are linked to Denmark's spending on aid to Ukraine;
• Criticizing prime ministerial candidate Troels Lund Poulsen for lacking a higher education degree;
• Images showing Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen handing money to the President of Ukraine.
According to DR, such posts could undermine trust in political institutions.
The goal, they claim, is to increase distrust in the political system, especially during elections."

When leaving the Kremlin after his official visit to Russia in March 2023, Chinese leader Xi Jinping said to Russian President Vladimir Putin at the door:
“Right now, changes are happening the likes of which have not been seen in a hundred years, and we are driving these changes together.”
President Putin replied:
“I agree.”
President Xi then added:
“Please take care, dear friend.”
Is it possible that these two giants of international politics were talking merely about a failed and corrupt country like Ukraine? Of course not. They were talking about the world. They were talking about defeating globalists—in Europe, America, and elsewhere.
This is a difficult task that requires enormous resources and a great deal of patience. Together, Russia and China possess the required resources and patience. And they are using them.
So when you hear that “Russia cannot defeat Ukraine,” remember that this confrontation is far wider than Ukraine alone. Consider that bankrupting Europe through its support for Ukraine by spending money it does not have is a slow but necessary part of winning in a global conflict the world has not seen in a hundred years.
