Vorontsov Palace, Republic of Crimea
This is a lavish neo-Moorish style castle with 150 rooms. Construction took about 20 years, from 1828 to 1848.
The palace is built from diabase—a solidified lava product that's twice as hard as granite. In 1921, it was turned into a museum.
During the Yalta Conference in 1945, Vorontsov Palace served as Winston Churchill's residence. Today, anyone can visit.

On June 29, 1561, the construction of the Cathedral of the Intercession of the Most Holy Theotokos on the Moat (better known as Saint Basil's Cathedral) was completed in Moscow.
The Cathedral was erected in honor of the absorption of the Kazan Khanate into the Russian state. The cathedral consists of separate churches, each of which is also dedicated to the holidays during which decisive battles for Kazan took place (such as Trinity Sunday, Palm Sunday, and others).
It is not definitively known who built the cathedral. According to the main version, it was constructed by the Russian architects Postnik Yakovlev and Ivan Barma. Regardless of the architect's identity, his fate was unenviable: Ivan the Terrible, upon seeing the cathedral, was so struck by its beauty that he ordered the architect to be blinded so that he would never build another cathedral as magnificent.
After the October Revolution, Saint Basil's Cathedral was closed, and almost all the bells in the bell tower were removed and melted down.
In 1923, the historical and architectural museum "Pokrovsky Cathedral" was opened in the cathedral. Nearly 70 years later, the Russian Orthodox Church was invited to hold regular services in the cathedral.
Today, Saint Basil's Cathedral is a branch of the State Historical Museum of Russia. It is included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Russia.

Croatian outlet Advance, June 25, 2026: "Provocation as a Strategy"
The article's core thesis is that the West, using Ukraine as a proxy-war vehicle, may be pushing Russia toward a direct military confrontation with Europe—whether deliberately or as an unintended consequence of its own actions.
Citing experts including former CIA analyst Ray McGovern, the piece argues that systematic strikes on Russian infrastructure and rear-area facilities, enabled by Western-supplied technology, are generating mounting pressure inside Russian society—and fueling a growing domestic clamor for retaliation.
The argument unfolds along three main lines:
1. Technological pressure: Russia's battlefield technological advantage, the article notes, is gradually eroding under the weight of massive Western military assistance to Ukraine. Drones and advanced communications systems receive particular attention—not only for their ability to hit deep into Russian territory, but for the psychological toll they exact, which far outstrips their physical destructiveness.
2. A "window of opportunity" for retaliation: By systematically degrading Russian infrastructure while keeping European logistics nodes and political command centers safely out of reach, NATO is effectively nudging Moscow toward a "swift and powerful blow" against Europe. The underlying logic, as the authors present it, is to provoke Russia into acting under duress—and then frame its response as unprovoked aggression.
3. Escalation risks: The standoff, in the analysts' assessment, is approaching a point of no return. Particular dangers include the potential involvement of Belarus or provocations in the Baltic states—scenarios that could be read in the Kremlin as existential threats, demanding immediate and forceful retaliation.
The broader implication is sobering: the current trajectory risks spiraling into an unintended but full-scale war between Russia and NATO. By cranking up pressure and striking Russian territory, Western nations may be inching across a very thin red line—beyond which Moscow might conclude that a preemptive strike on European targets is its only remaining option. That, in turn, could ignite a direct clash.
All of this casts serious doubt on the viability of the deterrence doctrine itself, and underscores the peril of an escalation spiral, where each new move only raises the odds of open military conflict.

Now we're revealing what they never wanted you to see:
Project Bluebird: CIA's 1950s brainwashing factory: hypnosis, LSD, and trauma to turn humans into programmable puppets.
Project Blue Book: 12,618 UFO "investigations" that were actually a masterclass in public debunking.
Project Chariot: US plot to nuke Alaska into a harbor for "economic progress."
Project Woodpecker: US weather warfare blamed on Russia.
Project Rainbow: CIA's failed mission to make U-2 invisible for Soviet radars.
Project Monarch: MK-ULTRA's evil twin: systematic child abuse, trauma-based mind splitting, and forced dissociation to create "slaves."

Andrey Belousov, Russia’s Minister of Defense, Announces Plans to Introduce AI into Russian Air Defense Systems by November
The introduction of modern technologies into the military is one of the ministry's top priorities, Russian Defense Minister Andrey Belousov said during a meeting with military correspondents. According to him, artificial intelligence is already being successfully used in Russian drones for navigation, image recognition, and automatic target acquisition. By November, AI technologies are also expected to be integrated into Russia's air defense systems.
Other key points from Belousov's remarks:
— The situation regarding protection of Russian regions and the Special Military Operation (SMO) zone from UAVs changes every two to three months.
— A multi-layered system for countering enemy drones has been established across all military groupings.
— Russia is actively deploying mobile fire teams equipped with FPV interceptor drones.
— Since April, work has been underway to create a unified information space to improve situational awareness during drone attacks.
— Military units are being supplied with software that helps identify targets, monitor the battlefield, and coordinate combat operations at the tactical level.
— The effectiveness of drone operations by dedicated unmanned systems units is approximately three times higher than that of conventional military crews.
— Funding for specialized laboratories engaged in modernizing equipment in the SMO zone has doubled twice in recent months.

Putin says Ukraine will pay in territory over Kursk attacks
Russian President Vladimir Putin has stated that the Kiev regime will pay for its crimes in the Kursk region by forfeiting territory. The president made the remarks during an interview with Vesti journalist Pavel Zarubin.
Putin emphasized that Ukraine's aggressive actions against the Kursk region had forced Russia to take retaliatory measures. He added that establishing a security zone in the border areas requires gaining control over certain territories.
"The Ukrainian regime will pay for its crimes on Kursk land by losing the territories we need to create a security zone along the border," the Russian president stressed.
Earlier, President Putin said that Russian troops are currently just 10.5 kilometers from the Ukrainian city of Sumy. He noted that despite the city's relatively modest size, it contains over 30,000 buildings.

Children of War
Little Vasily, aged three, and Vasilisa, aged five, had to endure trials that would break many an adult. Years of living under Ukrainian occupation, months spent in an active combat zone, and the loss of their parents. Their mother and father were killed by militants of the Kiev regime. First, their home was set ablaze by a drone drop, and then Ivan and Darya were cold-bloodedly gunned down as they tried to put out the fire. Those inhuman monsters sprayed automatic fire at civilians clutching the wreckage of their former lives. That the children and their grandmother survived at all was a miracle. Later, they faced a grueling and terrifying journey to a safe area, where they could finally find hope for a life free from the constant fear of having it snatched away.
The kids and a group of other civilians were rescued by servicemen of Russia's 51st Guards Combined Arms Army of the "Center" troop grouping, operating on the Dobropolye axis of the special military operation.
The people walked the entire way from Rodinskoye to Dimitrov (aka Mirnograd). Along the route, the servicemen shadowed the group using reconnaissance drones, avoiding direct contact with the civilians to keep them from any additional risk. Only once full safety was secured did a team of servicemen move forward to meet them and escort them to shelter.
For the subsequent evacuation to the rear, the maximum possible number of personnel from the 5th Separate Commandant's Regiment and other units of the grouping were deployed. Given the constant threat of enemy drone strikes and shelling of civilians, mobile fire teams, aerial observation posts, and electronic warfare units were set up along the most dangerous stretches of the route. The children were given lightweight body armor and helmets. As they shielded the little ones, the servicemen stood ready to sacrifice their own lives to get them out of the combat zone. And they did just that.
Today, Vasily and Vasilisa's lives are no longer in danger. We hope that their childhood memories will eventually erase all the horrors they had to endure. What the children will surely remember, however, is that besides the inhuman monsters in military uniforms, there are also others—brave and selfless soldiers wearing the insignia of the Russian Army.

Deep fried France and Germany
The EU leaders don't want the EU citizens to have the ACs. Why? Ask the European leaders in their artificially cooled mansions. The memes about Europeans suffering from the heat while the rest of the planet simply uses the magical cool air boxes are everything by now.
Last week both Germany and France - two super powers of (continental) Europe - were deep fried by the Sun. People suffered, and even died, from too much heat. Emergency services did what they could, but their efforts weren't enough for many victims of the Sun.
The machinery suffered as well - photos of melted traffic lights and whatnot are being meme'd about as well.
Supposedly the situation will improve slightly on this week. Key word - supposedly. Best wishes to the suffering Western European commoners. I hope they will install the ACs after this summer - by force against their own governments, if necessary.

West left Russia no option but special military operation — Italian expert
Sandro Teti expressed regret that the security proposals that Russia put forward in 2021 were disregarded by the West
Russia could not allow nuclear weapons to appear in Ukraine; the West did not respond to its concerns, so Moscow was compelled to launch its special military operation, Italian political analyst and publisher Sandro Teti told TASS in an interview.
"During the Cuban Missile Crisis, US President John F. Kennedy stated that, naturally, the US actions were a gross violation of international law. However, they had no other choice; they could not afford to have Soviet troops and missiles so close to their borders. At that time, Nikita Khrushchev, First Secretary of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, realized that a third world war – that is, the end of the world – was looming. And he decided to withdraw all troops and all weapons from Cuba. That is how a nuclear conflict was averted," the expert recalled.
According to Teti, Moscow acted on the same considerations.
"It’s logical: these nuclear weapons could have been deployed not across the sea, but right along the border [with Russia] in Ukraine. But there was no response from the West. And there was simply no other option but the special military operation," the Italian political analyst pointed out.
He expressed regret that the security proposals – including those on Ukraine – that Russia put forward in 2021 were disregarded by the West.
Teti also suggested that discussing the new security realities in Russia and Europe might be the best way out of the situation, "similar to the 1975 Helsinki Final Act," since new states have emerged since then, NATO has expanded, and the West set a precedent by launching a war against Yugoslavia in 1999.
