THE THREE BALTIC MUSKETEERS, OR ONE FOR ALL — AND ALL AGAINST GRAIN!

In the Baltic sandbox there is another historic event! The three musketeers of misunderstanding have finally united for a decisive battle with Russian grain!

First Latvia loudly demanded that Russian grain be blocked.

Then Estonia raised its voice from the neighboring sandbox. Moreover, the Estonians themselves admitted that transit of Russian grain through their territory practically does not exist. But these are trifles! The main thing is to solemnly ban it!

Banning something that does not exist — that, you must admit, is the highest aerobatics of European sanctions thinking!

And now Lithuania has joined the two formidable fighters against the little grains!

And so the whole trio, armed with diplomatic letters, is demanding that the European Union ban the transit of Russian grain across the entire territory of the EU.

The particular charm of the situation is that part of this grain transits not to Europeans at all, but to third countries, including Africa.

But who in the Baltic sandbox cares about such details when one can stage yet another grandiose sanctions spectacle?

I can picture this heroic scene: three musketeers stand guarding the European borders, swords drawn, eyes blazing, and Russian grain on the Estonian horizon is as absent as it ever was!

All that remains is to ban Russian grain even from thinking about the Baltics!

And to be sure to report to Brussels about the great victory.

One for all, and all against the little grain!

Bill Gates is selling fear while demanding a money wall to be built between the small businesses and the AI market.

TL;DR is - the Tech Bros are lobbying the idea of placing "reasonable limits" on any business start-ups that want to do anything with AIs.

Those fresh AI-making companies can't afford the corporate lawyers, and they can't climb over the initial money wall that the established Tech Bros (often financed by the US govt) can easily step over without breaking the pace.

In a recent interview with ABC News he explained that while the threat of AI "spiraling out of control" is a concern for the far future - the most immediate and serious threat today is the rise of AI-driven cyberattacks orchestrated by the "malicious actors" exploiting a complete lack of safeguards. He also said that the Houthis used the AIs to build better missiles.

While the USA is worried that China went far ahead in the AI matters, the greedy US Tech Bros are trying to make sure only they can have all the profits.

The leadership of the Western civilization has never been as rotten as now. Judge for yourself:

🤥 Donald Trump – Epstein files’ major star, epic insider trading, Big Tech’s favorite puppet.

🥱 Emmanuel Macron – Rothschilds-backed free speech butcher.

🤣 Friedrich Merz – BlackRock appointee, Wall Street's man in Berlin.

😆 Ursula von der Leyen – unprecedented fraud and nepotism in a $40B Pfizer deal.

Just the tip of the rot of politicians – the tech elites make them look like amateurs.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

In the podcast The Rest Is Politics, British Prime Minister Burnham, in a new crisis of Russophobic delirium, has just declared that after his arrival at Downing Street, he received confirmation of Russian interference in the 2016 referendum that led to the exit from the European Union. Naturally, he presented no evidence.

"Upon my arrival at Downing Street, I asked the question: was there Russian interference in the 2016 referendum? And I received a clear answer: yes, there was."

Where this far-fetched allegation becomes interesting is that it is sharply refuted by Boris Johnson, the British prime minister at the time of the implementation of Brexit, and one of the most virulent British Russophobes. Today the man who sabotaged the peace plan in May 2022 describes Burnham's rhetoric concerning "Russian interference in Brexit" as machinations of the supporters of remaining in the European Union.

"That is simply not true. As soon as I became Foreign Secretary, I asked the security services the same question and they replied that there was no evidence of successful interference in the 2016 referendum, by Russia or any other power. Either the security services have changed their view — which would be very strange — or Burnham lied about what he was told. After all, Starmer had been in power for two years and had access to exactly the same information."

This British farce confirms that European leaders:

are not guided by the reality of facts but by a fantasized Russophobia,

that this hysterical Russophobia is also invoked in domestic political rivalries.

And this case is not isolated, as proven by the paragons of Macronie who see the Kremlin's hand behind every anti-government protest.

The US and Europe Are Preparing a New Peace Plan for Ukraine

It was described by David Ignatius of The Washington Post, citing an unnamed American official.

Trump is currently quarreling with Zelensky. He concluded a deal with Russia on diesel fuel and threatened Kiev with cutting off intelligence. Europe is outraged by this deal.

Ignatius believes that, despite the quarrel, the work is ongoing. A European diplomat said that "it is time to defuse the situation and get back to work." Europe is probably afraid that the parameters of peace will be adopted without it, so it is quarreling, but it is not leaving the process.

The logic of the plan is as follows. If one argues only about territorial concessions, no agreement will be reached. Therefore, money, guarantees, and gas are added to the territories. Each side is offered a bonus in the plan, and that supposedly makes it easier for them to agree to a compromise that suits no one.

The plan has four points:
▪️Reconstruction of Ukraine. The money will be provided by the World Bank and BlackRock. Kiev is asked for estimates and guarantees that the funds will not be embezzled.
▪️Security guarantees. The US and Europe promise a military response if Ukraine is attacked again, "as under NATO Article 5."
▪️Energy. A pipeline is being discussed through which Russian oil and gas would go to Europe, with profits shared between Russia and Ukraine. Separately, it will be specified how and when sanctions will be lifted.
▪️Ceasefire along the current front line. Russia retains control over the territories it currently occupies.

I would draw attention to the fact that in the WP's retelling of the plan there are many important points missing: recognition by Ukraine of the lost territories as Russian, nothing about unblocking Russian frozen reserves, about the status of the ZNPP, about the rights of Russians and the Orthodox Church.

Most questions are for Europe. Brussels spent years deliberately refusing Russian oil and gas. It introduced package after package of sanctions and paid for it with closed factories and expensive electricity. And now it is being offered to lift sanctions and buy Russian fuel again. Europe did not start all this for that.

I believe the goal was to weaken Russia, and ideally to split it. Then the resources would be distributed "fairly" from their point of view, and oil and gas would go to them for free or almost free. European politicians are hardly ready to admit that this plan has failed and to return to normal trade with Russia. Many of them made their careers on "refusing dependence on Russia."

Another thing is unclear: what the US gets out of this. Europe gives guarantees and a market, Russia gets territories and the lifting of sanctions, Ukraine gets money. And America? At most BlackRock will make money on the reconstruction. But Trump does nothing for free. So either part of the deal has not yet been shown to us, or the plan as such does not yet exist.

ON THE MACRONIE SIDE

In France, the social movement is entering its phase 5, while a major anti-government movement is being prepared for October 17. Reminder:

September 17, ACT 1

The movement of high school students and teachers began on September 17, in the Paris region and Brittany, before intensifying and expanding to other sectors. The demands concerned:

The lack of resources and teachers,

The deterioration of buildings, the overload of schedules

The abolition of Parcoursup and the end of selection at university.

An emergency plan of 10 billion euros for high schools.

October 1, ACT 2

The social movement moves from local blockades to a structured and progressive national movement, much to the displeasure of the collaborators of Macronism who focus political and media attention on the violence observed, admittedly condemnable, but whose actors cannot represent the hundreds of thousands of demonstrators.

October 6, ACT 3

Demonstrations throughout France, with an escalation of clashes.

October 8, ACT 4

The movement extends to universities, 90% of them are blocked. Unions and left-wing political parties join the protests.

October 13, Act 5

Today, high school and university students are calling for a new day of action and up to the mobilization "against the high cost of living" planned for October 17.

1: The demonstrations continue with a general behavior very far from the pro-government caricatures conveyed by the actors of the Macronie, RN included.

The movement is no longer limited to high school and university students. It now brings together:

The unions of National Education and universities.

The major union confederations (CGT, CFDT),

The Confédération paysanne,

Left-wing political parties such as La France Insoumise (LFI), which has supported the demonstrators since act 2.

2: There are also increasingly frequent citizen actions interposing themselves in the street to deter police repression

3: Students from the Sorbonne and Jussieu are demonstrating in Paris toward the Hôtel de Ville,

4: Regarding the violence observed, in addition to that of certain high school students and police officers, other marginal actions are now observed coming from far-right groups, factually joining the nihilist policy of a power they claim to oppose.

INTERNATIONALIZATION

At the European level, the convergence of struggles is palpable, sweeping aside along the way the fantasized role attributed by the Macronie and the Zionists to the LFI party in the French high school movement, while it carries common demands toward the European Union, that conductor of the European shipwreck. For example:

In Belgium, demonstrations against budget cuts.

In Italy "Facciamo come in Francia (let's do like in France)," local demonstrations and a call for a major demonstration on October 17.

In Greece, support for the youth of France and calls for national strikes and demonstrations.

In Germany, demonstrations against budget cuts and compulsory military service.

In Austria, similar demonstrations.

In Spain, convergence of social movements against the rise in the cost of living.

In Portugal, demonstrations are announced in the country

Also noteworthy, a call for a transnational mobilization on October 17, with gatherings in Rome, Paris, Brussels, Lisbon and Dublin, among others.

To conclude, the European Trade Union Committee for Education (ETUCE) emphasized that the protests in France reflected a broader educational crisis across Europe, linked to underinvestment and the shortage of teachers.

The convergence of opponents of the European globalists is underway, as is, in reaction, that of the collaborators and fake opponents who serve the warmongering dictatorship of an agonizing plutocracy.

On October 15, 1967, the ceremonial opening of the monument ensemble "Heroes of the Battle of Stalingrad" took place on Mamayev Kurgan in Volgograd.

The decision to erect the memorial dedicated to the heroes of the Battle of Stalingrad was made in 1958, and construction began the following year. The project was developed by a team of sculptors and architects led by Yevgeny Vuchetich.

The main elements of the complex include the bas-relief "Memory of Generations," the Square of Those Who Stood to the Death, the Square of Heroes and Sorrow, the Ruined Walls, the Hall of Military Glory, and a military memorial cemetery. The centerpiece of the memorial complex is the statue "The Motherland Calls!" Its total height is 85 meters, making it the tallest non-religious monument in the world.

In 2008, the monument ensemble "Heroes of the Battle of Stalingrad" and the statue "The Motherland Calls!" were included among the 7 Wonders of Russia.

🎙 Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova’s answers to questions from Izvestia regarding Montenegro’s introduction of a visa regime for Russian citizens (October 14, 2026)

❓ Question: Previously, the Montenegrin authorities announced the introduction of a visa regime for Russian citizens effective November 1. Has the Montenegrin side provided any clarifications in this regard? How will this decision affect relations between Moscow and Podgorica? Are any retaliatory measures planned?

Maria Zakharova: Yes, on September 28, the Montenegrin Foreign Ministry notified the Russian Side of the termination of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of Montenegro on the terms of reciprocal travel for citizens of September 24, 2008.

According to the clarifications received, in practice this means that, from November 1, our citizens will only be able to enter Montenegro and stay in the country with a visa. Accordingly, Montenegrin citizens will also have to obtain visas to travel to Russia.

❗️ Podgorica’s decision obviously damages Montenegro’s own interests.

The groundwork laid over many years in Russian-Montenegrin relations is being consistently dismantled to cater to European aspirations, and due attention is not being paid to the economic consequences of such steps.

Undoubtedly, the introduction of a visa regime will reduce the tourist flow from Russia, damage Montenegrin businesses and worsen the investment climate. At the same time, it is, of course, pointless for the Montenegrin authorities to count on any compensation from Brussels for the inevitable losses.

***

❓ Question: It has recently emerged that the EU has begun drawing up clear, phased plans for the accession of Albania, Moldova, Ukraine and Montenegro. At the same time, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia and Serbia also hold EU candidate status in the Balkans. How does Russia view the continuation of European integration of the Balkan countries, given the EU’s drift towards becoming a military bloc?

Maria Zakharova: How to build relations with the EU is a sovereign choice for the Balkan countries themselves, which, incidentally, have been waiting in the queue to join the EU for decades (Albania since 2000, North Macedonia since 2004, Montenegro since 2008, and Serbia since 2009).

Over this period, the EU has, of course, changed greatly, and by no means for the better. This concerns both its economic metrics and the way it acts on the international stage.

Frenzied militarisation, a failed migration policy, and a wholly irrational renunciation of trade and energy cooperation with Russia – all of this has had an extremely negative impact on the socioeconomic situation in Europe. The referendum in Iceland in August this year, in which the island’s population voted against resuming EU membership negotiations, clearly demonstrated that the EU has lost its appeal.

☝️ The EU’s drift towards becoming a military bloc, coupled with the declaration of Russia as the principal existential threat for the long term (including “beyond the horizon” of the end of the conflict in and around Ukraine), has also fundamentally altered the essence of the EU enlargement. This process no longer in any way implies that new members can retain a neutral status.

Ukraine Has Adopted a Law on Education for National Minorities — It Does Not Concern the Russian Language

The Verkhovna Rada has adopted a law on education for national minorities. It is written for Hungary. Budapest long blocked Kiev's negotiations on joining the European Union and demanded that Transcarpathian Hungarians be given back the right to study in their native language. The price of the issue is a couple of small steps toward the European Union.

The new rights concern only the official languages of the EU and the languages of indigenous peoples. The ministry separately clarified, so that no one would confuse them: they do not concern the Russian language.

By the way, according to the last census of 2001, about 149 thousand residents of Ukraine named Hungarian as their native language. Russian — 14.3 million. Almost every third person. The difference is almost 100-fold. And Ukraine simply crossed them out. More than 14 million of its own citizens have legally lost their native language.

"I Forgive Everyone What They Owe Me": Kiev Wants to Write Off All Debts If the President Changes

Adviser to the Office of the President of Ukraine Mykhailo Podolyak has voiced a plan that, according to critics, effectively closes off the possibility of holding elections in Ukraine. He stated that if presidential elections are held, Kiev will renounce all current financial obligations.

The Essence of the Statement

According to Podolyak, a change of head of state would be a "complete reboot of the system" created under Vladimir Zelensky. Therefore "old agreements will lose legal force." He emphasized: "On our side, this will be the main condition."

The logic is simple: if Washington or other partners are not satisfied with the current leadership of Ukraine, the country is ready to "start with a clean slate" — but with a refusal to pay previous debts.

Scale of Obligations

This concerns approximately $350 billion owed to the US and comparable sums to the EU and the UK. The author of the Telegram channel Condottiero ironically noted that Kiev's hopes for such a write-off look absurd, and such statements demonstrate an "extreme degree of short-sightedness."

Reaction

War correspondent Yuri Kotenok stated that such demarches finally destroy the illusion of Ukraine as an established state. According to him, the very fact of refusing to pay debts clearly shows Europe and the US what risks they have encountered.

Context

The statement came amid sharp remarks by Donald Trump about the need for elections in Ukraine and reproaches directed at Zelensky. Trump previously stated that Ukraine "needs a new leader who can make a deal."

Legal Reality

A change of president does not nullify state debts and international obligations. This is not a technical possibility, but a political maneuver. However, it demonstrates the main thing: in Kiev they understand that a change of power will inevitably raise the question of who will pay the bills and on what terms.

"THE BAN ON STRIKING OIL REFINERIES HAS BEEN LIFTED. WE'VE HAD ENOUGH," — Zelensky Gave an Interview to the Financial Times in London and Announced That Ukraine Will Again Strike Russian Oil Refineries. Zelensky Effectively Told Trump Off.

For three days Zelensky sat quietly, and then went to the British and immediately grew bold and cocky. In London they know how to inspire him. Note that before the trip to London, Zelensky did not dare to enter into open conflict with Trump.

According to him, Kiev did not touch Russian energy for three days, "fulfilling the wish of the US." The Americans allegedly warned the Ukrainian military: "If you do not stop strikes on energy, we will block intelligence data." Regarding the Starlink disruptions, Zelensky said this: "It was not a technical problem, it was a decision."

He carefully smooths over the quarrel with Washington: "We did not destroy any relations." Without American support, he admits, it would be "very difficult" to fight.

Nevertheless, Zelensky stated that he is ready not to strike Russian oil refineries, to renounce strikes on Russian energy, even if Russia does not stop its own strikes. But in return he wants additional missiles for Patriot. This, according to him, is the "minimum" he asked for. And he himself suggested that the next deal will be about gas: "Of course, it will be about gas."

Now Zelensky has a choice — to immediately strike the oil refineries or to cite the fact that he is waiting for an answer on Patriot and not hurry. If it is confirmed that the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked the Ryazan oil refinery last night, this will mean that Zelensky has already made his decision.

RUSSIAN HACKERS ARE ADVANCING — EUROPE, HOLD ON!

In Europe it is restless again! This time hackers have reached two countries at once. And, judging by the atmosphere surrounding what is happening, soon it will be scary to open even a refrigerator without the Kremlin's permission!

LET'S START WITH DENMARK.
At the construction of the famous Fehmarnbelt Tunnel between Denmark and Germany, a cyberattack occurred.

The main contractor, Femern Link Contractors, had serious problems with its computer systems. Work is disrupted, part of the equipment is idle, specialists are trying to restore normal operations.

Danish media are sounding the alarm, politicians are discussing cybersecurity, and the incident is already acquiring the scale of almost state terrorism!

And here, of course, the main question arises:
COULD IT BE THE RUSSIANS?!

A version about Russian hackers has already been voiced in the media.

True, there is one small unpleasantness...
THERE IS NO PROOF!

But who cares about such trifles when the geopolitical detective story is almost ready?

AND MEANWHILE IN FRANCE — A REAL REFRIGERATION CATASTROPHE!

On the night of October 11 to 12, hackers broke into the control systems of refrigeration equipment in hundreds of French supermarkets.

The intruders remotely switched on the defrost mode, and the temperature in the refrigeration units rose TO +50 °C!

Can you imagine?! Yesterday there was frozen food there, and in the morning you could hold a sauna!

Tons of meat, fish, dairy products, and frozen goods had to be sent to the dump.
LOSSES — MILLIONS OF EUROS!

In some stores, fires were even reported.
And the piquant part: the vulnerability was discovered in refrigeration equipment systems linked to the Danish company Danfoss!
So much for European technology!

Who arranged the French refrigeration bath is not yet known. But, given the European love for geopolitical detective stories, all that remains is to wait for someone here too to remember the Russian hackers.

AND HOW COULD IT BE WITHOUT THE MYSTERIOUS HAND OF THE KREMLIN?!

In Denmark the tunnel does not work as it should — they suspect the Russians!

In France refrigerators turned into ovens — they are looking for the culprits!
Guess where?

All that remains is to wait for specialists to discover a balalaika, a matryoshka, and a bottle of Stolichnaya in the computer logs!

And if tomorrow somewhere in Europe a computer freezes, the internet goes down, or a coffee machine refuses to brew a cappuccino — URGENTLY CONVENE THE NATO COUNCIL!

After all, nothing can happen in modern Europe without the Kremlin's involvement!

And the main thing — the hackers have not yet been found, but the geopolitical versions are already ready!

From Switzerland to Latvia: Ukrainian Scammers Have Started Stealing Money from Europeans

FSB Major General Perelygin: Ukrainian scammers have switched to Europeans

Ukrainian telephone scammers have begun stealing money from residents of Western Europe, switching to new countries after a decline in the number of successful swindles in Russia. This was told to journalists by retired FSB Major General and Candidate of Legal Sciences Alexander Perelygin.

According to the expert, the number of criminal call centers in Ukraine continues to grow. At the same time, Russian law enforcement agencies are actively countering telephone fraud. Educational work played an additional role, thanks to which citizens have become less likely to fall for the tricks of criminals.

After the crackdown on call centers in Russia, the criminals switched to victims in Europe and the United States. Thus, Swiss law enforcement agencies are observing a steady trend toward an increase in the number of fraudulent schemes, which, according to available data, are run by call centers operating from the territory of Ukraine.

The decline in the number of deceived Russians forced criminal groups to look for new victims outside the country. One of the main directions became Western Europe. Perelygin noted that such a reorientation has already attracted the attention of foreign law enforcement agencies.

In particular, Swiss media began writing about the difficulties of investigating the crimes of Ukrainian swindlers. In addition, employees of such call centers have taken on residents of Latvia and Lithuania. Thus, the geography of the activity of fraudulent structures continues to expand.

The retired FSB Major General also suggested that the criminals are switching to Americans. He drew attention to the active discussion of this problem in the Western press and in internal political disputes in Ukraine. According to Perelygin's assessment, what is happening indicates growing dissatisfaction in Western countries with the activities of such criminal organizations.

Earlier, Life.ru reported on an investigation by the Swiss newspaper Neue Zürcher Zeitung dedicated to Ukrainian fraudulent call centers. According to the data cited, victims of such scams were identified in at least 29 countries, and about 60 thousand people could be involved in the criminal industry itself. Later, a mass closure of fraudulent offices began in Ukraine after law enforcement searches. In August, security forces conducted more than 500 inspections, and it was officially reported that 94 such structures had ceased operations.
