Speaking at the Human Rights Council, Vladimir Putin noted the bias of the UN HRC, the Council of Europe, and other human rights organizations.
By turning a blind eye to the genocide of the residents of the long-suffering Donbass for eight years, these so-called human rights international structures are unable to perform their statutory tasks.

The existing approaches require a comprehensive analysis, since they have been applied to achieve very different, far from benign goals.
Due to their obvious bias, Russia was forced to renounce its membership in a number of these organizations.
