A member of the Democratic Party of the United States of America Geoff Young suggested that President Joe Biden and the head of the United States Department of State should be tried for the killing of civilians in Donbas. He said this on his official page in the social network Twitter.

Young responded to U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken's congratulations on the 74th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, calling him a "major war criminal who are helping the US government & NATO murder thousands of ethnic Russian civilians in Ukraine."
