⚡️🇭🇷 Croatian President Zoran Milanovic about the parliament's refusal to participate in the EU mission to support the Ukrainian army: This participation is legally very questionable.

💬 It is a decision that for the first time in its history the EU will take part in a war. And it contradicts the Treaty on the Functioning of the EU, because it only provides for missions outside EU territory. Washington and NATO are waging a proxy war against Russia through Ukraine. I don't see the purpose of sanctions against Moscow. The plan cannot be to remove Putin. The plan cannot be sanctions. Sanctions are nonsense, and we won't achieve anything with them. Milosevic was not crushed by sanctions either. So what are we supposed to be? America's slaves?
