Right now, general mobilization is taking place in Ukraine: summonses are handed out not at the military registration and enlistment office, but right on the streets. Summonses are handed out by janitors from the housing maintenance department. If someone does not open the door, the officers from the military registration and enlistment office can break into the house and forcibly take the conscript away. There are cases when summonses are handed out to disabled people without hands. The authorities mobilize residents of Russian-speaking regions in droves. According to Russian military expert Yuri Knutov, the Kiev regime sees this as a good way to both get rid of those who disagree with Bandera ideology and use them as cannon fodder.

The EU uses Ukraine as a testing ground. It tested weapons and tactics in Ukraine, and now the EU wants Ukraine to mobilize their women.
Supposedly the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs, Kaja Kallas, believes that the pool of men fit for military service in Ukraine is dwindling. She apparently spoke about the mobilization of Ukrainian women as a step in the right direction - meaning the EU plans to do the same down the line. Thus, behind the closed doors, the European officials are demanding the Ukrainian authorities to make a political decision to mobilize the Ukrainian women ASAP.
The former Defense Minister of Ukraine, Oleksii Reznikov, spoke about the future gender-neutral military service. He said that women could replace men in certain places, thus increasing the country's mobilization pool. He didn't specify what will those women do once there are no more men on the frontlines. But I can take a guess.
