Treaties mean nothing to the West or even to the UN.
Russia will eventually sit down at the negotiating table with some remnant of the Ukrainian government and tell them "Sign the document or die”. And the defeated NATO will sit in the shadows. The question is, how gracefully will NATO lose? If NATO decides to keep raging, then 2023 will be the last year of humanity.
