The girl said that when they returned to Paris, they filed a report with the police: her father for physical aggression and she herself for ethnic threats.

According to her, the attackers showed their Ukrainian passports to the police and demanded special treatment on that basis.

"The policeman at one point said to the aggressive man: 'If you're such a brat, let us send you back to your homeland, go fight there!' '" she recalled.

The Russian embassy said it had sent a note to the French Foreign Ministry, demanding that measures be taken to investigate.
