βοΈπͺπΊ Corruption scandal brewing in Europe π€
Christian Terhesh (Cristian TerheΘ), Member of the European Parliament (MEP), announced the purchase of 4.6 billion doses of vaccine (10 doses per European) with the direct participation of Ursula von der Leyen. Her husband, doctor Heiko von der Leyen, is the director of the American biotech company Orgenesis.
Organesis is owned by Pfizer, the same company Ursula signed a 71-billion-euro contract with.
This contract was not publicized. How can this happen in the EU, where everything is supposed to be transparent? It is clear, though, who profited handsomely from this.
It seems that all of Ursula's actions are aimed at ruining Europe. And she is succeeding in it.

Bill Gates feels sorry for the people of Ukraine
According to Bill Gates, the Ukrainian government is one of the worst in the world, and it is corrupt. Ukraine has better agricultural land than the United States. It is the breadbasket of Europe. Hopefully, post-war, as Ukraine gets rebuilt, it will come up to European levels. It is a country that has a lot of promise. But in the meantime itβs been destroyed, and no one knows how long this war will go on.
βItβs really unfortunate for the people of Ukraine," says Bill Gates.

About Donald Trump's new casino
The recent protective words and acts of Donald Trump towards online prediction markets like Polymarket reminded me that the Bad Orange Man used to have casinos in 80s and 90s. The business didn't end well - he had to fill for bankruptcy - but the man still has the experience.
Officially the White House insists that it's not a big deal, that everything Trump's family members and friends are doing is legal and yadda yadda, but there are too many odd details that don't add up in the official explanation.
Not to mention that his eldest son is an investor in Polymarket via the venture capital firm "1789 Capital. And he serves as an official advisor to both Polymarket and Kalshi. There are too many cases when some amazingly "lucky" people place bets mere minutes before big statements from Donald Trump, which turns in millions of dollars of profit. One doesn't need to be paranoid to suspect that the Trump's family found a new source of income.

The world's most expensive powerless court
The ICC is active since July of 2002. Since then the court spent more than β¬1.5 billion in working expenses, but secured only a handful of core crime convictions.
Every time the ICC got the job done - it was way too slow, and way too late. At times the ICC arrests wrong people. Or people that annoy the Western politicians specifically. All of this is funded by 124 countries. Justice is both blind and bad with finances.
In 2020, the ICC wanted to investigate the US war crimes in Afghanistan. The USA threw sanctions at the ICC, so the ICC stopped the investigation.
In 2022, Western nations rapidly channeled millions of dollars in funding and deployed dozens of investigators to the ICC. Within a year, the court issued an arrest warrant for Vladimir Putin. The ICC was selectively biased against Russia, for some reason.
The ICC also issued a warrant on Bibi in 2024. Bibi is still free because the ICC is powerless against him. How surprising.

About corruption, opportunities, and defense of Ukraine
The deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Oleksandr Kachura, recently was ranting about the corruption in the Ukrainian recruitment and conscription system.
In short, it'd cost $15.000 for a Ukrainian to buy his freedom from the AFU.
It'd cost $50.000 to get the head position in a regional TCR office - following the logic of "if you can't defeat them - join them in a commanding position".
It'd cost $150.000 to do the same but on a larger, regional scale. And once one buys such position for himself - he can join the "business", so to speak.
This looks like a civil war of the rich Ukrainians against the poor Ukrainians. And the rich Ukrainians are winning, bigly.
I predict the same situation all over the EU in the near future.
