We are looking for a talented Social Media Person that has a passion for all things social media. You will learn and take the lead on creating and posting the content for all the Zouk Singapore brands, which is spread across numerous social media platforms. Content is king, and you’ll be expected to roll up your sleeves and create as needed. You will own the management of post comments and questions and will demonstrate excellent communication and hospitality to best represent the Zouk Group brands. As an curious explorer, we expect you to research and share the latest digital technologies, trends and happenings in and around our industry. Last, but certainly not least, a love for music, nightlife, hospitality, F&B and entertainment is advantageous – these are the things we live and breathe on a daily basis.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Things You’ll Own

Learn and Create compelling and engaging content across multiple platforms – both owned and paid

Learn and Develop social media strategy and drive calendar planning for all things digital

Learn how to set and hit campaign KPIs and track benchmarks

Identify and engage with influencers and superfans to amplify brand awareness

Compile and organize all social media data for reporting

Monitor, manage, and communicate with our community constantly and consistently

Teamwork Makes the Dream Work

Work closely with the digital and creative teams, agencies, and freelancers to generate engaging content on a consistent basis

Be able to seamlessly move cross-functionally across many departments in the company to keep key stakeholders updated

Ability to work independently at times without supervision

You will feel right at home if you have a positive attitude, a great sense of humour and a can-do attitude
