A team is recruited in a Fintech startup. We make the world a little more transparent than it is, joint financial management simple, global, and accessible to everyone. We are developing an add-value service at the top level of banking technologies.
Professional competencies:
- Tough guy, a senior lead developer who can build the technology, technology team.
- 3+ years of commercial development, you have a portfolio to show (app, working services, etc.).
- You can build a High Load Architecture for web Applications.
- Docker or similar tools.
- Confident work with databases, database migrations, and huge arrays of data.
- Experience in creating APIs and related authentication mechanisms.
- You know key software testing methods,
- You consider that documentation is as important as coding,
- English skills - enough to lead English speaking team: intermediate+
- If you are a participant in IT-olympiads and hackathons, this is a huge advantage.
- Constantly self-development is just a lifestyle.
Soft skills:
- Adequate communication skills, positive mindset;
- You make all decisions yourself; you can split and set tasks yourself, carefully check all errors, keep a schedule without control from above.
- Coordinating the organization of the development department should not scare you (a possible prospect for a CTO position in the future).
- Proactive and energized, with a startup spirit. It is a huge advantage if you already have experience working in startups or have launched your startup. You know how much it hurts.
- Ability to conduct interviews with test tasks for further developers.
Conditions:
- Long-term game. The first stage of startup till MVP is bootstrapping, and the first people receive the share. 4 years vesting - one-year cliff.
