- Work with fund senior management to produce a position report and NAV regularly and track the companies budget, vesting schedule and distribution of portcos
- Manually keep track of transactions that are unsupported by software solutions
- Transform exchange trade history CSVs into a format that software will accept
- Coordinate with outside accounting and auditing firms as needed.
- Advise and assist company software engineers with maintenance, improvement of internal position management, valuation of investments, and account software.
- Manage and reconcile company crypto exchange accounts, bank accounts, investment positions and process transactions
- Monitor accounts receivables and payables, and monitor expenses.
- Oversee payroll process
- Oversee the preparation of company tax returns
✅Requirements:
- Quickbooks software knowledge is very important
- Possesses excellent judgement with handling confidential information
- Trustworthy with an ability to solve difficult problems.
- Strong work ethic with organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Basic familiarity with how cryptocurrency transactions work is a plus
- Prefered experience equity raise

За последние месяцы мы проделали много работы, запустили наше приложение Nufa в Appstor'е и Google Play. Мы укомплектовали основной состав команды и переходим в активному расширению! В связи с этим, ищем к себе в команду PM с горящими глазами и опытом в мобильных проектах!
Задачи:
- Соблюдение сроков поставленных задач
- Управление бэклогом проекта
- Распределение задач, рассчитывание трудоемкости, формирование финансовых и отчётных документов.
- Мотивирование команды достигать поставленных целей
Что мы ждем от кандидата:
- Уверенные знания в сфере IT-технологий, особенно мобильной разработки
- Отличные аналитические способности
- Опыт работы с мобильными проектами
- Опыт управление командой больше 15-ти человек
