📊Tools for Brokers technical department is looking for a technical support engineer to join our team.
We have over 11 years of experience: we write plug-ins, applications and own big systems for trading platforms.

👨🏻‍💻Tech Skills we would like to get from you:
- Responsible approach to the work you do;
- Advanced English and Russian
- Windows server administration;
- Write basic queries of SQL (select/insert/update);
- Networking;

Responsibilities we can give to you:
- Communicating with clients, host providers, ISPs by email or messengers (a constant practice of written and voice English);
- Deal with incidents, questions and issues on a daily basis, coming up with solutions or workarounds (more than 99% of cases are unique);
- Gather the information, add it up to the knowledge base and share this information with your colleagues;
- Everyday work in a team full of specialists that will inspire you to be more and more experienced!
