💼 OPEN ROLE
· Lead Solutions Integration Engineer - Remote from Europe (Full-time)
· Requires 3+ years of Python development experience and 2+ years in project or delivery management roles
· 🛠Tech Stack: Python, REST, gRPC, UML, BRD, DFD, ERD, Postman, GAP analysis, CJM, SQL, Apache Kafka and Redis
· Salary range: $6,400–$8,700 USD/month (negotiable based on experience)

Ты строишь AI Market Intelligence систему. Не “чат с LLM” — управляемую систему с routing, retrieval, structured outputs и eval-циклами. Полный ownership. Ты единственный AI-инженер.
Нам не нужен человек, который начнёт с трёхнедельного research или предложит “сначала зафайнтюнить модель”. Сначала baseline, потом итерации. Результат каждые 1–3 дня.
▪️Задачи
▫️Routing запросов по use cases, retrieval pipeline, context assembly, structured outputs
▫️Разбивать сценарии на отдельные pipelines — не один universal agent
▫️Сравнивать 2–3 подхода на одном кейсе, выбирать по данным
▫️Eval framework, tracing, логирование промптов / контекста / выходов
▫️Интеграция внешних data sources (market data, prediction markets, on-chain)
▪️Обязательно
▫️6+ лет разработки, 2+ года с LLM в production
▫️Python, RAG, orchestration, agent systems, vector DB, evals/tracing
▫️LangChain / LangGraph / LlamaIndex / DSPy или аналоги
▫️AI observability (Langfuse или аналоги)
▫️Опыт в fintech / crypto / DeFi / trading / prediction markets или смежном домене
▫️Работал в стартапе или маленькой команде — сам строил, не координировал
▫️AI-инструменты (Cursor, Copilot, Claude) — часть ежедневного workflow
▫️Можешь рассказать что строил, как работало в проде, почему выбрал этот подход
▪️Не подойдёт
▫️Research / academic без production
▫️Классический ML/DS без LLM-опыта
▫️Только большие компании — никогда не строил с нуля
▫️“Сначала надо исследовать” вместо “давайте запустим baseline”
▫️Домен финансов/трейдинга чужой
▫️“Модель сама разберётся” — один agent на все запросы
