Responsibilities:
Oversee the continuous mill HV configuration and blooming mill operations for round, RCS, and flat profiles
- Lead and manage the production shift team, including operators, technicians, and other personnel.
- Troubleshoot online process or operational issues and implement corrective measures to address production delays, quality concerns, and operational challenges.
- Maintain and declare delays, production, and daily requirements/ consumptions.
- Provide training and guidance to shift personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.
Specification:
Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Exp: Minimum 5 years of experience in steel rolling mill operations.
Designation: Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager
- In-depth knowledge of alloy steel rolling processes, equipment, and quality standards.
