Position: Asst. Manager/Dy. Manager - Instrumentation
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (E.C.E/C& I/ #instrumentation )
#experience : Min. 12- Years Experience in Similar Field in Alumina Refinery or any Continuous Process industry.
At least 5 to 8 years hands on experience with #yokogawa - Centum VP #dcs -Configuration, programming & Maintenance is must.
Thorough knowledge and hands on experience of DCS (YOKOGAWA is preferable), #scada /HMI and Hands on experience with Field instrumentation Like, Temperature, Pressure, Flow, Level measuring Loops for Solids, slurry & Liquid applications.
Knowledge of PLC programming (#siemens , #allenbradley , #abb & #schneider ).
Hands on experience with various brands & sizes of Control Valves, Electro pneumatic Positioners", XSV's(ON/OFF),MOV's operation and maintenance.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Verification of Substation SLD as provided by GIS team.
2. Coordination with various stake holders and vendors for the readiness of SCADA implementation of respective Substations.
3. Configuration of IEDs in Substations for the communication with
various communication protocols.
4. Integration of all IEDs with RTU, like ABB, Siemens, C264, Schneider and so on.
5. Integration of RTU with Master.
6. Coordination with ESO to get Outage for the local testing activities
involved after RTU configuration. 7. Performing Point to Point Testing by involving all stake holders
and maintaining proper checklist for the same. 8. Taking initiative for the clearance of Operation Variance which were documented during P2P testing.
9. Maintain proper documentation eg:- Updating Master sheet for all carried activities, store signed checklist, Latest RTU Database, Latest Relay Device Files, OV reduction sheet etc.
10. Take innovation initiative through PRAYAS.
11. Getting involved in all Field activities for Distribution Automation Systems like Auto recloser, Sectionalizer, FPI, FDA etc.
12. Maintaining DAS availability at field by troubleshooting Scada equipment's
Knowledge & Skills Required:
1. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative and productive relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholder groups; Must possess and exhibit strong interpersonal, speaking and customer oriented.
2. Should have knowledge of substation SCADA/control and automation systems obtained through experience, networking, research and other means of professional development.
3. Detailed knowledge of SCADA/Automation system construction. and commissioning.
4. Working knowledge of power system protection design and implementation.
5. Basic working knowledge about electrical equipment like VCB, Relays, Isolators, CRP, MFM, RTU etc.
6. Should have 2 years' experience in current assignment.
7. Should have good knowledge of SCADA integration wrt power system & Switchgear Protection.
8. Should have good learning attitude & dedication to work.
9. Exposure on basic of communication system and protocol used for SCADA systems.
10. Should have the ability to adapt new technology.
11. Should have the analytical abilities to attend system emergencies.
12. Should be able to deal with ambiguity & withstand pressure.
