Job Description

~Manage and oversee day-to-day HSE activities in the steel plant or manufacturing facility.

~Ensure compliance with statutory clearances, including Environmental Clearance (EC), Consent to Establish (CTE), Consent to Operate (CTO), Hazardous Waste (HW) Authorization, and other pollution preventive compliances.

~Demonstrate expertise in Bio-medical waste management, ISO45001, and ISO14001 standards.

~Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and environmentally responsible work environment.

~Provide training and awareness programs on HSE policies and procedures.

~Manage and oversee Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) operations.

~Conduct environmental monitoring activities to track and report on key performance indicators.

~Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into business processes.

~Familiarity with environmental monitoring processes and techniques.
