✅ Re-run failed backup jobs as per approved procedures.
✅ Monitor backup repository capacity and perform basic restoration activities.
✅ Support recovery testing and disaster recovery activities.
✅ Escalate critical storage and backup issues to L2/OEM teams.
✅ Maintain daily reports, schedules, inventory and configuration documentation.
✅ Follow incident, change and escalation procedures.
