Looking for Account Manager
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in
Riyadh. The AccountManager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients. Daily tasks include understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams, developing and executing account strategies, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The role also involves monitoring project progress, resolving any issues that arise, and ensuring timely delivery of services and solutions.
Qualifications
Client management and customer satisfaction skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and execute account strategies
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Project management and coordination capabilities
Experience in hashtag#ICT and telecommunication sectors is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, ICT, or a related field
Ability to work on-site in Riyadh
