Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain software applications and systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot software-related issues.
• Assist in testing, updating, and deploying software applications.
• Monitor system performance and identify technical issues.
• Support users and resolve software and application-related problems.
• Maintain technical documentation and software records.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in software technical support or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, JavaScript, or Python.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database systems.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Good command of English.
