Managing daily routes/schedules of shipments and deliveries
Tracking the progress of shipments
Supervises the shipping and delivery of materials
Maintain communications with forwarder, carriers, suppliers, warehouses, custom brokers and others involved in the shipping and delivery of merchandise.
Plan and arrange logistics required shipments.
Obtain quotations from different supplier for required shipment
Follow up the shipments till arrived at our warehouse
Preparation of all landed cost documents needs as well as coordinating with the finance team in relation to other financial requirements
