EFS Facilities is looking to hire for the below position:

Position: #Customer Service Agent.
Location: #Tabuk

Role:
- To act as the first point of contact. This involves operating and maintaining contact center communication
- Ensuring a prompt, accurate and courteous response to customers’ requests received either telephonically or electronically.
- Receiving accurate data input when logging and updating a task into CAFM (Asset Management) system.

Experience and Qualification:

- 3+ years of experience working in the related field
- Strong computer knowledge and office applications, typing skills.
- Excellent Communication skills (written and oral) in English and Arabic.
- Ability to work under pressure and without supervision in shifts (24/7 operation).
