Karta support never sends the first message in DMs. If a direct message reaches you before you wrote to support yourself, it did not come from us, whatever name and logo the account wears.
How the scam usually works: you ask a question in @karta_chat, and minutes later an account calling itself Karta Support writes to you privately. It offers to sort the problem out, then sends a link to third-party website.
