- Assess the accuracy of genetic variants in NGS and WGS data
- Review confirmatory assays to validate or refute genetic findings
- Troubleshoot quality control issues and handle stuck samples/reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams

🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree + 4 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree + 2 years preferred
- Knowledge of genetics, NGS data analysis, IGV, and variant calling tools
- Familiarity with Python, R, SQL, LIMS, version control tools, and project management software
