1. It's mandatory for participants to use mobile phones to shoot their short films or else the short film will be rejected
2. Minimum time for the short film should be 8 mins & should not exceed max 12 mins
3. Topic for the short film should be mentioned in the title itself
4. Participants can only submit one short film
5. Subtitles are compulsory if using other regional languages
6. Last date for registration is 31st March
7. All the participants will be rewarded with certificate

राज्य लोकसेवा आयोगाच्या परीक्षा पुढे ढकलण्याचा राज्य सरकारच्या निर्णयाविरोधात अभाविप चे आंदोलन तसेच अभाविप च्या शिष्ठमंडळाची राज्यपालांना भेट

परीक्षेच्या दोन दिवस आधी त्या पुढे ढकलणे म्हणजे परीक्षार्थ्यांची फसवणूक - अभाविप

महाराष्ट्र लोकसेवा आयोगामार्फत घेण्यात येणाऱ्या राज्य सेवा पूर्व परीक्षा २०२० सलग पाचव्यांदा पुढे ढकलण्याचा निर्णय घेण्यात आला. त्याला विरोध करत अभाविपच्या कार्यकर्त्यांनी दादर रेल्वे स्थानक येथे विरोध प्रदर्शन करत आपल्या मागण्या मांडल्या.
१४ मार्च ला परिक्षा निश्चित असताना दोन दिवस आधी कोरोना चे कारण पुढे करत राज्य सरकारने परिक्षा पुढे ढकलल्यामुळे विद्यार्थ्यांचे मानसिक खच्चीकरण होत आहे असे अभाविप च्या लक्षात आले.

काल रात्री पुणे येथे आपल्या विविध मागण्यांना घेऊन रस्त्यावर उतरलेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांवर व पत्रकारावर पोलिसांनी लाठीचार्ज केला. याचाही अखिल भारतीय विद्यार्थी परिषद निषेध करते.

" राज्यभरात चाललेल्या यासर्व प्रकारावरून असे लक्षात येते की हे सरकार गोंधळलेल्या मनस्थितीत आहे. कोरोना संदर्भात आणि परीक्षे संदर्भात अजून नियोजन झालेले नाही. त्यामुळे सध्या परीक्षा घेणे सुरक्षिततेचे नाही असे कारण मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी दिले आहे. म्हणजे स्वतःची अकार्यक्षमतेमुळे वारंवार विद्यार्थ्यांना वेठीस धरण्याचे काम हे ठाकरे सरकार करत आहे असे विद्यार्थी परिषदेचे स्पष्ट मत आहे. असे मत मुंबई महानगर सहमंत्री विठ्ठल परब यांनी व्यक्त केले.

या सर्व गोंधळाचा प्रकार लक्षात घेऊन अभाविप च्या शिष्ठमंडळाने राज्यपालांची भेट घेतली व सदर गोंधळामुळे विद्यार्थ्यांचे होत असलेले नुकसान व सरकारचा शैक्षणिक क्षेत्रात वाढता हस्तकक्षेप लक्षात आणून दिले.
