🔥 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Design and develop intelligent AI/NLP/LLM applications for financial services
🔹 Build and optimize RAG pipelines using structured and unstructured financial data
🔹 Integrate and orchestrate LLMs/SLMs for Q&A, summarization, semantic search and document understanding
🔹 Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Flask or similar frameworks
🔹 Implement advanced Prompt Engineering techniques
🔹 Build semantic, hybrid and vector search solutions using Elasticsearch, FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate or similar technologies
🔹 Develop NLP solutions including NER, text classification, intent detection, embeddings and sentiment analysis
🔹 Monitor and fine-tune LLM/SLM performance for relevance, latency and accuracy
🔹 Build, train and evaluate ML/DL models for NLP and structured-data use cases
🔹 Work with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and implement AI-driven solutions
🔹 Independently contribute to new and existing AI projects

🎯 Mandatory Skills

✅ 3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science / AI / ML / DL / NLP / Generative AI
✅ Strong Python programming, backend and API development experience
✅ Production-grade application development/support experience
✅ Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras or Scikit-learn
✅ Strong NLP experience – NER, classification, sentiment analysis, embeddings, semantic search or document understanding
✅ Experience with LLMs such as GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Phi, Claude, Gemini or similar
✅ Hands-on experience building RAG / Vector Search / Semantic Search / Knowledge-based AI solutions
✅ Experience with Prompt Engineering and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AI Agents, Azure OpenAI or similar

⭐ Preferred Skills

🔹 LLMOps / MLOps – monitoring, evaluation, experimentation and model versioning
🔹 Azure OpenAI / AKS / Kubernetes / Cloud-native AI deployments
🔹 PostgreSQL / MongoDB / Redis / Kafka or large-scale data platforms
🔹 Docker / Kubernetes / Cloud / Scalable Deployment Architecture
🔹 Experience in AI-first startups, Product, SaaS, FinTech or Data-driven technology companies

🎓 Education: B.Tech / M.Tech from Tier-1 institutes – IITs, NITs or BITS preferred/considered as per requirement
