Tangential and Normal Components of Acceleration - 3Speak - YouTube - Summary - Notes - Playlist - Vector Functions playlist

In this video, I write the vector equation of acceleration in terms of its unit tangent and unit normal vector components, which is useful when analyzing the motion of a particle along a curve.

Tangential and Normal Components of Acceleration as Derivatives of Position Vector + Example - 3Speak - YouTube - Summary - Notes - Playlist - Vector Functions playlist

In this video, I rewrite our earlier equations for the tangential and normal components of acceleration to be in terms of the position vector and its derivatives. This simplifies and standardizes the components of acceleration and involves the dot product for the tangential acceleration and the cross product for the normal acceleration.

After 9/11, DARPA established the Information Awareness Office (IAO) in order to achieve "Total Information Awareness (TIA)" (later renamed Terrorism Information Program) by literally creating databases of personal information on the entire population.
