🎓 Required Qualifications & Experience

* Education: Diploma or university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support, with a preference for understanding corporate environments.

🛠 Technical Skills
* Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, IIS, Domain) and their applications.
* Understanding of computer networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting methods.
* Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware and software.
* Proficiency with Office Suites and experience managing SQL - Oracle databases.
* Familiarity with Ticketing Systems.
* Ability to provide remote and phone support.

🌟 Personal Skills
* Excellent communication skills and politeness in dealing with users.
* Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
* Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Patience and calmness under pressure.

🇬🇧 English Language
* Intermediate to good level in English (reading and conversation).
* Ability to research technical solutions online and read technical documentation.
