✅ Mid Senior-Level Full Stack Developer
You write clean, maintainable, and testable code
You understand and apply SOLID principles, DRY, KISS, and best practices in scalable system design
You can make architectural decisions and lead by example
You're comfortable with code reviews, mentorship, and collaborative problem-solving
✅ AI-Driven Development Mindset
Experience with AI prompting
Comfortable using tools like GitHub Copilot, AI code reviewers, and AI-powered workflows
✅ Full-Stack Technical Expertise
Backend: Laravel, Node.js, SQL
Frontend: React.js, Next.js (TailwindCSS, ShadCN UI, etc.)
Strong testing experience (Jest, PHPUnit, Postman, etc.)
✅ Professional Engineering Skills
Writing and maintaining unit/integration tests
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
Familiar with Git workflows, RESTful APIs, secure coding practices, and performance optimization
💼 What We Offer
🧪 1 - 3 Months Test Phase: Paid: $250/month
💵 If Accepted:
Salary: $500 – $800/month, depending on experience
Full-time in-office (Damascus)
Remote during test phase only
