Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment and organize the development team.
• Manage Jira, sprint planning, task priorities, and delivery tracking.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code quality and technical standards.
• Coordinate releases and oversee continuous technical improvements.
• Ensure the team uses existing services and solutions instead of unnecessarily rebuilding functionality.
• Organize n8n development and ensure proper development, testing, and production environments.
• Monitor progress and ensure reliable, timely delivery.
𝟮. 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 💻
Responsibilities:
• Focus primarily on ERP development, bug fixes, and system improvements.
• Develop and maintain frontend features using React.js.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with the technical manager and QA engineer to deliver stable releases.
𝟯. 𝗤𝗔 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 🔍
Responsibilities:
• Test ERP and n8n changes before release.
• Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality continues to work correctly.
• Create and maintain test cases for critical business workflows.
• Identify, document, and track bugs.
• Verify bug fixes and validate new features.
• Support release quality assurance and help prevent production issues.

• Relevant experience in the respective role.
