Record-breaking October for Uzbekistan’s IT sector!

October became a historic milestone for IT Park Uzbekistan — with a record surge in international member and exporter companies, marking growing global trust in Uzbekistan’s digital ecosystem.

In just one month, 70 new foreign companies joined IT Park, 55 of which are already exporting digital services worldwide — bringing the total number of international residents to over 900.

This is the highest monthly result since the establishment of IT Park — clear proof of Uzbekistan’s rising profile as one of the most promising destinations for IT outsourcing in the region.

In just one year, the number of foreign members has more than doubled, and the number of foreign exporters has grown 2.04 times, showing the accelerating interest of global IT businesses in Uzbekistan as a strategic technological location.

New members joined from 26 countries, including the USA, Canada, the UK, Germany, France, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, India, China, and South Korea.

By the end of 2026, these companies plan to create over 1,000 high-skilled IT jobs, further contributing to the nation’s digital economy.

The United States continues to play a leading role in this growth. October saw a wave of new American tech companies establishing their presence in Uzbekistan, further strengthening bilateral cooperation in the digital economy.

Today, the U.S. stands as one of the top contributors to the development of Uzbekistan’s IT export ecosystem. Among 800 active exporters, 448 companies deliver digital services to the United States — making it the largest export destination for Uzbekistan’s IT industry.

In total, the U.S. accounts for 45% of the country’s IT export volume, reaffirming its position as Uzbekistan’s key strategic partner in technology and innovation.

Uzbekistan continues to build a future where global tech companies can scale with confidence, and local IT talent can reach the world stage.

Now, foreign founders of IT Park member companies, as well as their foreign employees, can open bank accounts and cards remotely, without needing to visit a bank branch. 🌐

This reform, introduced under Presidential Decree, fully digitizes the onboarding process and makes banking in Uzbekistan faster and more convenient:

🔹Foreign founders can open accounts online from abroad;

🔹 Foreign specialists with PINFL issued through our embassies can open bank accounts and virtual cards remotely;

🔹 No paper documents are required — signature samples are submitted digitally;

🔹 All steps — from registration to activation — are handled 100% online.

These changes will significantly simplify business operations, speed up payroll and financial workflows, and reduce administrative barriers for our member companies.

Most importantly, they create a more welcoming environment for global talent, strengthening Uzbekistan’s position as a rising tech and outsourcing hub.
