ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ប្រតិភូកម្ពុជាបានចុះទស្សនកិច្ច និងជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំសាលា Dong An High Technology College ដើម្បីស្វែងយល់ពីសក្តានុពល សមត្ថភាពបណ្តុះបណ្តាល ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ និងកម្មវិធីសិក្សាផ្នែកបច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងជំនាញវិជ្ជាជីវៈ ព្រមទាំងបានពិភាក្សាអំពីលទ្ធភាពបង្កើតកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរ តាមរយៈការចុះអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា (MoU) ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរនិស្សិត និងអ្នកជំនាញ កម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលរួមគ្នា និងការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញបច្ចេកវិទ្យា និង AI។

ជាលទ្ធផល សាលា Dong An បានបង្ហាញការគាំទ្រ និងឆន្ទៈក្នុងការសិក្សាលទ្ធភាពបង្កើតកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការផ្លូវការជាមួយ Tech for Kids Academy កម្ពុជា នាពេលខាងមុខ។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ លោកអនុព័ន្ធពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ក៏បានស្នើឱ្យសាលាពិចារណាផ្តល់អាហារូបករណ៍ពេញលេញ ឬមួយផ្នែកដល់និស្សិតកម្ពុជា ព្រមទាំងបង្កើតកម្មវិធីសិក្សារយៈពេលខ្លី និងវែង និងកម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញជាក់ស្តែង ដើម្បីបង្កើនឱកាសសិក្សា និងអភិវឌ្ឍសមត្ថភាពយុវជនកម្ពុជា៕

(Ho Chi Minh City, Socialist Republic of Vietnam): On 2–3 November 2026, in Ho Chi Minh City, Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Mr. HOR Dareth, Trade Attaché to the Royal Embassy of Cambodia to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, coordinated and organized meetings between the delegation of Tech for Kids Academy Cambodia, accompanied by outstanding Cambodian students, and various Vietnamese companies and educational institutions.

The meetings aimed to facilitate the exchange of experiences, share knowledge, and explore cooperation opportunities in advanced technology, digital innovation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and technology education.
During the visit, the Cambodian delegation paid a study visit and held working discussions with the management of Dong An High Technology College to learn about its potential, training capacity, infrastructure, and educational programs in technology and vocational skills. Both sides also discussed the possibility of establishing institutional cooperation through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), student and expert exchanges, joint training programs, and specialized training in technology and AI.

As a positive outcome, Dong An High Technology College expressed its support and willingness to explore the possibility of establishing formal cooperation with Tech for Kids Academy Cambodia in the near future. In addition, Mr. Trade Attaché proposed that the college consider providing full or partial scholarships to Cambodian students, as well as developing short-term and long-term study programs and practical skills training opportunities to expand educational access and enhance the capabilities of Cambodian youth.

(Manila, Philippines): On Wednesday, 4 November 2026, His Excellency OUM Kosal, Undersecretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, attended and delivered an opening statement at the Regional Cooperation and Integration (RCI) Conference, and participated as a panelist in the High-Level Panel session on ADB’s Operational Approach for Revitalizing Regional Cooperation and Integration, organized by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) with the participation of representatives from 29 countries across the Asia-Pacific region.

The conference was organized to discuss and exchange perspectives on revitalizing Regional Cooperation and Integration (RCI), as well as to identify key priorities for enhancing productivity and strengthening economic resilience.

On that occasion, His Excellency Undersecretary of State highlighted Cambodia's key priorities in the trade sector, including accelerating paperless trade, digital connectivity, and engaging in interoperability to connect micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) to regional markets, as well as developing resilient economies through infrastructure connectivity, trade facilitation, and regional value chain connectivity.

(Shanghai, China): On the morning of Thursday, 5 November 2026, at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai), Shanghai, People’s Republic of China, His Excellency NAM Lynal, Undersecretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce and High Representative of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, attended the official opening ceremony of the "9th China International Import Expo (CIIE)".

The event was presided over by His Excellency DING Xuexiang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Chinese Communist Party Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China; His Excellency Brice Oligui Nguema, President of the Transition of the Gabonese Republic; His Excellency Christian Stocker, Federal Chancellor of Austria; and His Excellency Alexander De Croo, former Prime Minister of Belgium. The ceremony also saw the participation of representatives from 162 participating countries and regions, alongside major international organizations such as the World Trade Organization (WTO), the International Trade Centre (ITC), the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).
