Given the congestion on the Ethereum network and the very high gas fees, sometimes transactions fail or get stuck pending despite the best efforts to get them through.

MEW adjusts gas price automatically based on current node information every time you access your wallet, so unless you have entered a custom gas price that overrides these, choosing the Fast option in Settings should have you covered. For token transactions, gas limit also matters – you may need to raise it to 100,000, or even higher.

As long as you have your keys/recovery phrase, you can always access your funds, no matter what happens to your app or your device.

Don't lose your tokens by accidentally sending them to the contract address!

Funds sent to a contract can't be recovered. MEW helps prevent this by alerting you when the 'To Address' in your transaction belongs to a contract.
