កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ម.ជ.ម. មានសេចក្តីសោមនស្សរីករាយក្នុងការរៀបចំពិធីដាក់ឱ្យដំណើរការនូវសេវាសន្ធានកម្មពាណិជ្ជកម្មរបស់ ម.ជ.ម. ដែលចូលរួមសហការឧបត្ថម្ភដោយសាជីវកម្មហរិញ្ញវត្ថុអន្តរជាតិ និងការិយាល័យសហប្រតិបត្តិការណ៍ស្វីស និងទីភ្នាក់ងារកុងស៊ុលនៅកម្ពុជា។

អង្គពិធីនេះក៏មានការចូលរួម ពីសំណាក់សមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាប្រតិបត្តិ និងសមាជិក ម.ជ.ម. មន្រ្តីជាន់ខ្ពស់របស់សាជីវកម្មហិរញ្ញវត្ថុអន្តរជាតិ ក្រសួងពាក់ព័ន្ធ សហគមន៍ធុរកិច្ច សហគមន៍អ្នកច្បាប់ សភាពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បណ្តាធនាគារនៅកម្ពុជា ព្រមទាំងវត្តមាននៃការចូលរួមពីភ្ញៀវកិត្តិយសជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ ជាច្រើនរូបទៀត។
សេវាសន្ធានកម្មពាណិជ្ជកម្មរបស់ ម.ជ.ម. គឺជាសេវាកម្មថ្មីមួយ ដែលនឹងផ្តល់ឱ្យអាជីវកម្មនៅកម្ពុជានូវនីតីវិធីដោះស្រាយវិវាទពាណិជ្ជកម្មដ៏ឆាប់រហ័ស និងមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព ដែលជាអត្ថប្រយជន៍ដ៏សំខាន់សម្រាប់សហគមន៍ធុរកិច្ចនៅកម្ពុជា។ ។
ម.ជ.ម. សូមថ្លែងអំណរគុណជាអនេកដល់វត្តមានគណៈអធិបតី និងភ្ញៀវកិត្តិយសទាំងអស់ ដែលបានចូលរួមក្នុងពិធីដាក់ឱ្យដំណើរការនូវសេវាសន្ធានកម្មពាណិជ្ជកម្មរបស់ ម.ជ.ម. ដែលធ្វើឱ្យព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នេះ ប្រព្រឹត្តទៅដោយរលូន និងជោគជ័យ។

On September 18, 2023, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) is honored to announce the successful launch of NCAC Commercial Mediation Service. In collaboration with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the Swiss Confederation. The launch event was organized in the honorable presence of:
- Mr. San Kiri, President of National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC),
- H.E. Kha Leng, Secretary of State to the Ministry of Commerce, representative of H.E. Cham Nimul, Minister of the Ministry of Commerce
- Ms. Paramita Dasgupta, Manager, East Asia and Pacific, Creating Markets Advisory Services, International Finance Corporation (IFC), Singapore
- Mr. Bürli Markus, Director of the Corporation, Swiss Cooperation Office, and Consular Agency in Cambodia
This event was also graced with the presence of honorable guests, including members of the NCAC Executive Board, members of the NCAC, senior officers of International Financial Corporations, relevant Ministries, Business Associations, Legal Community, Cambodia Charmers of Commerce, Finance and Banking sectors along with numerous valuable national and international guests.
The NCAC Commercial Mediation Service is a new and innovative service that will provide businesses in Cambodia with a fast, efficient way to resolve commercial disputes. which is a significant advantage for the Business Community in Cambodia.
