On February 28, 2024, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) received the second edition of the "Cambodia Intellectual Property Code 2024." This valuable compilation and research effort were authored by His Excellency NY Vichet, an attorney at law and the managing partner of VNP Law Office. The purpose of this contribution is to enrich the NCAC library with essential resources related to intellectual property law.
