នាថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ទី១៦ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពី "ការផ្សព្វផ្សាយសេវាសន្ធានកម្មរបស់ ម.ជ.ម." នៅអគារ ជី អាយ អេ។

សិក្ខាសាលានេះ បានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្រោមអធិបតីភាពរបស់ លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ សាន គីរី ប្រធាននៃ ម.ជ.ម. រួមជាមួយនឹងការចូលរួមពីវាគ្មិនកិត្តិយសដែលសុទ្ធសឹងតែជាសន្ធានការីចុះបញ្ជីនៅ ម.ជ.ម. និងបានទទួលស្គាល់គុណវុឌ្ឍិដោយ Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) នៅទីក្រុង ឡុងដ៍ ចក្រភពអង់គ្លេស។ វាគ្មិនកិត្តិយសទាំងអស់បានចូលរួមក្នុងកិច្ចពិភាក្សា ក៏ដូចជាឆ្លើយទៅនឹងសំណួររបស់អ្នកចូលរួមពាក់ព័ន្ធទៅនឹងសេវាសន្ធានកម្មរបស់ ម.ជ.ម. ផងដែរ។

សិក្ខាសាលានេះ ក៏មានការចូលរួមពីតំណាងស្ថាប័នផ្សេងៗដូចជា គណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា អាជ្ញាធរជាតិដោះស្រាយវិវាទក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការ សាជីវកម្មហិរញ្ញវត្ថុអន្តរជាតិ និងសភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ ព្រមទាំងតំណាងស្ថាប័នផ្សេងៗរួមមាន៖ ការិយាល័យមេធាវី សហគមន៍ធុរកិច្ច សមាគមច្បាប់ សាកលវិទ្យាល័យច្បាប់ ស្ថាប័នវិជ្ជាជីវៈ ក្រុមហ៊ុនធានារ៉ាប់រង និងស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធជាច្រើនទៀតផងដែរ។

ម.ជ.ម. មានសេចក្តីសោមន្សរីករាយយ៉ាងក្រៃលែង និងសូមថ្លែងអំណរគុណដល់វាគ្មិនកិត្តិយស ក៏ដូចជាអ្នកចូលរួមទាំងអស់ ដែលបានចំណាយពេលវេលាដ៏មានតម្លៃ ធ្វើអោយសិក្ខាសាលាមួយនេះប្រព្រឹត្តទៅដោយជោគជ័យ និងប្រកបដោយភាពរលូន។

On Thursday, 16 May 2024 National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) has conducted a Seminar on the "Introduction to NCAC Commercial Mediation Service" at GIA Tower.

This seminar presided by Mr. SAN Kiri, President of NCAC and NCAC Registered Mediator who are accredited from Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) in London, United Kingdom as our guest speakers. Our speakers engaged in an interactive Q&A session, addressing specific questions from participants.

Additionally, the seminar was participated by Representatives from the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia (BAKC), National Authority for Alternative Dispute Resolution (NADR), International Finance Corporation (IFC), National and International Chamber of Commerce, as well as various institutions which includes legal practitioner, legal association, insurance companies, business associations, professional and educational institutions and other relevant institutions.

National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) is pleased to announce the Instruction on the Use of Arbitration Clause and Arbitration Rules of NCAC.

NCAC has recently observed that the arbitration clause of NCAC has not been properly used and the arbitration rules of NCAC were not under the administration of NCAC. Hence, this led NCAC to issued this notification to ensure the effectiveness of NCAC’s case management and to protect the interests of the parties.

Therefore, the public pleased be informed and properly use the arbitration clause, as well as the arbitration rules of NCAC.
