On Thursday, 30 May 2024, with the high permission of His Excellency KOEUT Rith, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Justice and President of the National Authority for Alternative Dispute Resolution (NADR), National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC), under the chairmanship of President San Kiri, participated in a meeting with His Excellency YOM Pharot, Secretary General of the General Secretariat of the NADR, acting as a High Representative of His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister, on the content of the Memorandum of Understanding on the Cooperation between the two institutions which was held at the office of the National Authority for Alternative Dispute Resolution (NADR).
On this occasion, President San Kiri also handed over a set of NCAC Mediation Rules to be kept at NADR.

On Friday, 31 May 2024, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) bid farewell to Mr. SOU Reaksmey, Admin and Finance Assistant, as he embarks on an opportunity at Ministry of Economics and Finance to further develop his knowledge in the legal field.
Over the past two years, Mr. Reaksmey has performed admirably and accomplished significant achievements for NCAC. He has consistently been attentive, diligent in his duties, and amiable with all of his co-workers.

National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) is pleased to announce the selection of voluntary arbitrators to score the competing teams during the oral hearings of the NCAC 3rd Annual Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition. This selection is effective from the date of this announcement until 31 May 2024.
Please note that the entire proceedings of the oral hearings and the moot competition will be conducted exclusively in the Khmer language.
Additionally, volunteer arbitrators will earn Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points.
