National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) is pleased to inform the public that: NCAC is now opening a Commercial Mediation Training Course Intake 1 which will be held on 08 February 2025 onward.
For this training course, the number of trainees is limited to twelve (12) trainees only. NCAC requires individuals to attend the training session in person at the designated venue organized by NCAC and individuals are required to complete all 5 (five) days of the training program.

On 03 January 2025 National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) under the direction of Ms. MATH Fanita, NCAC Secretary General, on be half of President SAN Kiri, and NCAC, has led the General Secretariat Team to extend our heartfelt condolences and brought some contributions from NCAC and NCAC Members to Mr. TITH Savuthy’s Spouse and family.
NCAC would like to express our deepest condolences and profound regrets for this loss. May his soul finds eternal and rest peacefully.
NCAC wishes to convey an in-depth gratefulness to NCAC Members and the General Secretariat Team for the generously contribution and condolences to the family of Arbitrator TITH Savuthy. NCAC wishes all Members and the General Secretariat Team to be filled with prosperity.

On 03 January 2025 National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) under the direction of Ms. MATH Fanita, NCAC Secretary General, on be half of President SAN Kiri, and NCAC, has led the General Secretariat Team to extend our heartfelt condolences and brought some contributions from NCAC and NCAC Members to Mr. TITH Savuthy’s Spouse and family.
