មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) មានកិត្តិយសសូមគោរពជម្រាបជូនដំណឹងដល់សាធារណជន និងស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់មេត្តាជ្រាបថា៖ ម.ជ.ម. កំពុងរៀបចំកម្មវិធីប្រកួតមជ្ឈត្តការប្រតិដ្ឋផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្មប្រចាំឆ្នាំលើកទី ៤ របស់ ម.ជ.ម. ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ដែល ម.ជ.ម. បានបើកដំណើរការជាផ្លូវការនៃកម្មវិធីប្រកួតនេះកាលពីថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។
មជ្ឈត្តការប្រតិដ្ឋនេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងពង្រឹងគុណភាពមជ្ឈត្តការ លើកកម្ពស់ខេមរភាសា និងពង្រីកសហគមន៍មជ្ឈត្តការនៅកម្ពុជា។

On May 22, 2025, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) and the Bar Association of Kingdom of Cambodia hosted a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony which took place at the headquarter of BAKC and presided by Mr. HIB Nareth West, President of NCAC, and His Excellency SAING Vannak, President of BAKC with the participation of members of NCAC Executive Board, Management Team of Secretariat of BAKC and the Management Team of the General Secretariat of NCAC.
Mr. HIB Nareth West, NCAC President, stated that the Executive Board members will strive to increase cooperation between the two institutions, with the shared goal of deepening their alliance and expanding achievements that positively impact Cambodia’s legal and business communities.
H.E. SAING Vannak, BAKC President, stated that BAKC and NCAC have long been collaborative partners, having attained significant milestones together. He expressed confidence that this partnership will continue to play a vital role in advancing justice and the rule of law in Cambodia.
The cooperation and relationship between both institutions is an important milestone for both institutions in fulfilling their respective and collective missions to serve the interests of the public as well as the legal and business community in Cambodia and promote the alternative dispute resolution.
Followings this MoU ceremony, NCAC presented fruit basket to extend our sincerest appreciation for the invaluable alliance and collaborations between both institutions.

មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) មានកិត្តិយសក្នុងការថ្លែងអំណរគុណដល់ ការិយាល័យមេធាវី អេសភីខេអិល ដែលបានចូលរួមជាស្ថាប័នឧបត្ថម្ភគាំទ្រ នៃកម្មវិធីប្រកួតមជ្ឈត្តការប្រតិដ្ឋផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្មប្រចាំឆ្នាំលើកទី៤ របស់ ម.ជ.ម. ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។
ការិយាល័យមេធាវី អេសភីខេអិល (ពីមុនហៅថា ការិយាល័យមេធាវី អេសភីខ្មែរឡេហ្គោល) ត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងក្នុងឆ្នាំ ២០១៦ ជាការិយាល័យច្បាប់ឈានមុខគេមួយក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ដែលផ្តល់សេវាកម្មផ្នែកច្បាប់ដល់អតិថិជនទាំងក្នុង និងក្រៅប្រទេសទៅលើសំណុំរឿងព្រហ្មទណ្ឌ រដ្ឋប្បវេណី និងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម។
កម្មវិធីប្រកួតមជ្ឈត្តការប្រតិដ្ឋផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្មប្រចាំឆ្នាំលើកទី៤ របស់ ម.ជ.ម. គឺជាការប្រកួតប្រជែងលើដំណើរការមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្មដែលមានគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់ការប្រើប្រាស់យន្តការមជ្ឈត្តការ សម្រាប់ការដោះស្រាយវិវាទពាណិជ្ជកម្មនៅក្នុងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។ កម្មវិធីប្រកួតមជ្ឈត្តការប្រតិដ្ឋនេះ នឹងធ្វើឡើងជាភាសាខ្មែរក្រោមច្បាប់កម្ពុជា និងវិធានស្ដីពីមជ្ឈត្តការ ឆ្នាំ២០២១ របស់ ម.ជ.ម.។

This Moot Competition will be conducted in Khmer language under Cambodian laws and 2021 NCAC Arbitration Rules.
