On 10 July 2025, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) under the chairmanship of Mr. HIB Nareth West, NCAC President, led the NCAC Executive Board Members including Mr. KANG Daravuth, NCAC Treasurer; Mrs. Kate CHEN; Mr. BINN Sambatharath; and the NCAC General Secretariat Team, had the pleasure of welcoming and fruitful discussion with L2 i-CON International represented by Mr. Leong HONG Kit, Co-Founder of L2 i-CON International, Mrs. Cindy WONG , Managing Director of L2 i-CON International, Mr.Naveen SRI KANTHA, Partner of Lee & Pho Partnership, Mr.Leong CHEE WENG,Partner of Lee & Pho Partnership, and Mr. Balan NAIR, Partner of Lavania & Balan Chambers.
During this discussion, Mr. Leong delivered a presentation on the ESG ADR Model Guidelines, emphasizing the key focus areas, objectives, and commitments of ESG ADR Model involved. In addition, both institutions explored potential collaborations and strategies to enhance cross-border engagement and promote alternative dispute resolution mechanism in Cambodia.
Following the discussion, Mr. President presented the Khmer Scarf (Krama) to the representative of L2 i-CON International as well as introducing various Khmer desserts. In return, the representative of L2 i-CON International presented a practical handbook addressing on ESG principle within public sector operations and Kuala Lumpur plaque from Malaysia to NCAC.

នាចុងបញ្ចប់នៃសិក្ខាសាលានេះ លោកស្រីមេធាវី ហួត លីនដា សមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សា គ.ម.ក. តំណាងឯកឧត្តម សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធាន គ.ម.ក. បានថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថាបិទនៃសិក្ខាសាលា។

On 30 July 2025, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) with the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia (BAKC) co-organized a seminar under the topic "The Role of Party Representative in Arbitration Proceedings" at BAKC headquarter, under the chairmanship of Mr. HIB Nareth West, NCAC President and His Excellency SAING Vannak, BAKC President. This seminar was held in the spirit of the Memorandum of Understanding between both institutions, with the purpose of promoting and fostering alternative dispute resolution in Cambodia.
At the beginning of this seminar, President of both institutions and participants, together expressed our deepest condolences to all heroic soliders who sacrificed their lives to protect the sovereignty and dignity of Cambodia Territory.
This seminar featured our esteemed speaker Mr. SAN Kiri, NCAC Arbitrator and Mr. IV Poly, Chairman of the Civil Affairs Committee of the Bar Association. The seminar was attended by BAKC Board Members, NCAC Executive Board Members, Management of both institutions, and lawyer students batch 20th.
The two distinguished speakers articulated and analyzed the preparation before and during the arbitration proceedings. which particularly beneficial to enhance the capacity to effectively represent clients arbitration proceedings.
At the end of this seminar, Mrs. HUOT Linda, BAKC Board Member, on behalf of His Excellency SAING Vannak, BAKC President, provided the closing remarks for this seminar.

មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) មានកិត្តិយសសូមជូនដំណឹងដល់សាធារណជនទាំងអស់ឱ្យបានជ្រាបថា៖ ម.ជ.ម. នឹងធ្វើការបើកវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលសន្ធានកម្មពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ជំនាន់២ ដែលនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅថ្ងៃទី០៨ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ខាងមុខនេះ។
សម្រាប់វគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលនេះ ម.ជ.ម. បានកំណត់ចំនួនសិក្ខាកាមត្រឹមតែ ដប់ពីរ (១២) រូប តែប៉ុណ្ណោះ។ សិក្ខាកាមតម្រូវឱ្យចូលរួមវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលដោយផ្ទាល់ នៅទីកន្លែងដែលបានកំណត់ដោយ ម.ជ.ម. និងចូលរួមរយៈពេល ៥ (ប្រាំ) ថ្ងៃ ពេញ។

National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) is pleased to inform the public that: NCAC is now opening a Commercial Mediation Training Course Intake 2 which will be held on 08 November 2025 onward.
For this training course, the number of trainees is limited to twelve (12) trainees only. NCAC requires individuals to attend the training session in person at the designated venue organized by NCAC and individuals are required to complete all 5 (five) days of the training program.
As mentioned above, interested individuals who wish to attend this Commercial Mediation Training Course may register via the QR Code or registration link provided from the date of this announcement until 15 August 2025 at 05:00 pm.
