Online Training on Commercial Arbitration in Cambodia

National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) in collaboration with Trade Training and Research Institute (TTRI) with the support of the Ministry of Commerce are going to conduct a training on commercial arbitration in Cambodia on 5-6th August 2021.

This training aims to raise awareness about the development of commercial arbitration in Cambodia, arbitration proceedings, and model arbitration clause of NCAC to the civil servants of the Ministry of Commerce and other 25 Provincial and Municipal Departments of Commerce, and relevant personnel of private sectors to apply this knowledge to their respective units.

កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២២ កក្កដា ២០២១ ម.ជ.ម. សហការជាមួយ International Finance Corporation (IFC) បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលា​អនឡាញ​ដោយជោគជ័យស្តីពី​ទស្សន​វិស័យ​លើសន្ធាន​កម្មពាណិជ្ជកម្ម៖ វិធីសាស្រ្ត​ក្នុងការ​ដោះ​ស្រាយ​​វិវាទ​ក្រៅ​ប្រព័ន្ធ​តុលាការនៅអាស៊ីខាងកើត​ និងចក្ខុវិស័យ​សម្រាប់​កម្ពុជា។
