On the evening of Febuary 04, 2026, Mr. HIB Nareth West, President of National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) was invited as a panelist in a conference on " Dispute Resolution in France and Cambodia " which organized by the French-Cambodian Lawyers Association (AFCAJ) located at Royal University of Law and Economics.
The conference aimed to foster discussion and knowledge sharing among distinguished speakers and participants regarding the dispute resolution mechanisms, particularly by highlighting and comparing the procedural mechanisms of alternative dispute resolution institutions and dispute resolution through court in Cambodia and France. In addition, the seminar also aims to provide participants with enhanced knowledge dispute resolution mechanisms between the two countries.
In addition, the conference brought together legal professionals, academics, alumni, and students, fostering meaningful exchange between Cambodian and international legal communities. NCAC was pleased to contribute to this dialogue and to reaffirm its commitment to promoting arbitration and alternative dispute resolution through professional engagement, academic collaboration, and regional cooperation.

ក្នុងនោះសិន្នីសិទនេះក៏មានគោលបំណងក្នុងការផ្តល់ចំណេះដឹងបន្ថែមអំពី
យន្តការដោះស្រាយវិវាទរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ឱ្យកាន់ល្អប្រសើរសម្រាប់អ្នកចូលរួមផងដែរ។
លើសពីនេះ សិន្នីសិទនេះក៏មានការប្រមូលផ្តុំពី មេធាវី អ្នកជំនាញផ្នែកច្បាប់ អតីតនិស្សិត និងនិស្សិតបច្ចុប្បន្ន ក្នុងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធន៍ និងពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ រវាងសហគមន៍ច្បាប់កម្ពុជា និងអន្តរជាតិ។ ម.ជ.ម. មានកិត្តិយសក្នុងការចូលរួមចំណែកក្នុង ការលើកកម្ពស់ការយល់ដឹងអំពីយន្តការមជ្ឈត្តការ និងយន្តការដោះស្រាយវិវាទក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការ តាមរយៈការចែករំលែកចំណេះដឹង និងកិច្ចសហការផ្នែកវិជ្ជាជីវៈ។

On the evening of Febuary 04, 2026, Mr. HIB Nareth West, President of National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) was invited as a panelist in a conference on " Dispute Resolution in France and Cambodia " which organized by the French-Cambodian Lawyers Association (AFCAJ) located at Royal University of Law and Economics.
The conference aimed to foster discussion and knowledge sharing among distinguished speakers and participants regarding the dispute resolution mechanisms, particularly by highlighting and comparing the procedural mechanisms of alternative dispute resolution institutions and dispute resolution through court in Cambodia and France. In addition, the seminar also aims to provide participants with enhanced knowledge dispute resolution mechanisms between the two countries.
In addition, the conference brought together legal professionals, academics, alumni, and students, fostering meaningful exchange between Cambodian and international legal communities. NCAC was pleased to contribute to this dialogue and to reaffirm its commitment to promoting arbitration and alternative dispute resolution through professional engagement, academic collaboration, and regional cooperation.

On 14 February 2026, Arbitrator HIB Nareth West, President of the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC), and Mrs. Prom Savada, Arbitrator and Registered Mediator at NCAC, were invited to serve as volunteer arbitrators in the final school round of the 23rd Annual Willem C. Vis (East) International Commercial Arbitration Moot, held at the Royal University of Law and Economics.
Their participation as a final-round arbitrator reflects NCAC’s strong commitment to promoting arbitration mechanisms and supporting the development of law students’ capacities in alternative dispute resolution. Furthermore, this moot competition provided a valuable opportunity for law students to enhance their legal analytical skills, oral advocacy, and practical experience in resolving commercial disputes through international arbitration mechanisms.
Finally, NCAC would like to express our sincere appreciation to the English Language Based Bachelor of Laws (ELBBL) program for the honor extended to the President of NCAC and NCAC arbitrator member to serve as a volunteer arbitrator in the final round of this moot court competition.
