This ceremony was organized with the objective of strengthening closer ties among the Advisory Council, the former Executive Board of NCAC and the 5th Mandate Executive Board of NCAC to provide and exchange views and recommendations for the benefit of further development and enhancement of the Centre.

នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) បានសហការជាមួយនឹងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា (គ.ម.ក.) រៀបចំសិក្ខាសិលាមួយក្រោមប្រធានបទស្តីពី «ភាពស្ទាត់ជំនាញក្នុងការតាក់តែងខចែងមជ្ឈត្តការនៅក្នុងកិច្ចសន្យាពាណិជ្ជកម្ម» ដែលបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅទីស្នាក់ការគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ លោកស្រី លឹម រដ្ឋា អនុប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាប្រតិបត្តិ ម.ជ.ម. តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ លោក ហ៊ឹប ណារិទ្ធិ វេស៍ ប្រធាន ម.ជ.ម. និងលោកមេធាវី គីម សុជាតិ អគ្គលេខាធិការនៃអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋានរបស់ គ.ម.ក. តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ ឯកឧត្តម សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធាន គ.ម.ក. ។

វាគ្មិនកិត្តិយសបានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញយ៉ាងក្បោះក្បាយក្នុងគោលបំណងពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពវិជ្ជាជីវៈរបស់សិក្ខាកាម ដោយផ្តោតទៅលើ គោលការណ៍សំខាន់ៗនៃការដោះស្រាយវិវាទពាណិជ្ជកម្មតាមរយៈយន្តការមជ្ឈត្តកម្ម បច្ចេកទេសនៃការតាក់តែងខចែងមជ្ឈត្តការដែលមានប្រសិទ្ធិភាព កំហុសដែលកើតឡើងនៅក្នុងខចែងមជ្ឈត្តការ យន្តការសន្នានកម្ម-មជ្ឈត្តកម្ម (Med-Arb) និង មជ្ឈត្តកម្ម-សន្នានកម-មជ្ឈត្តកម្ម (Arb-Med-Arb)។

នាពេលចុងបញ្ចប់នៃសិក្ខាសាលានេះ លោកមេធាវី យឹម វិស្សុត អគ្គលេខាធិការរងនៃអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋានរបស់ គ.ម.ក. បានថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថាបិទសិក្ខាសាលា។

On 25 February 2026, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) collaborated with the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia (BAKC) to organize a seminar on “Mastering Arbitration Clause Drafting in Commercial Contracts.” The seminar was held at the headquarters of BAKC under the distinguished presidency of Mrs. LIM Ratha, Vice President of the Executive Board of NCAC, Highest Representative of H.E. HIB Nareth West, President of NCAC and Lawyer KIM Socheat, Secretary-General of the Secretariat of BAKC, Highest Representative of H.E. SAING Vannak, President of BAKC.

The seminar featured Mr. San Kiri, Arbitrator and Registered Mediator of NCAC, as the guest speaker. The event was attended by the leadership and staff of the NCAC Secretariat, members of the Secretariat of the Bar Association, the leadership of the Lawyer Professional Training Center, trainee lawyers, and numerous participants.

The distinguished speaker delivered a comprehensive presentation aimed at strengthening the professional capacity of participants. The presentation focused on key principles of commercial dispute resolution through arbitration, effective techniques for drafting arbitration clauses, common mistakes found in arbitration clauses, as well as the Med-Arb and Arb-Med-Arb mechanisms.

At the end of the seminar, Lawyer YIM Vissoth, Deputy Secretary-General of the Secretariat of BAKC delivered the closing remarks.

NCAC also expresses its profound gratitude to the distinguished speaker, leadership and working teams of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, the leadership and general secetariat of NCAC, and all participants for their time and active engagement, which contributed to the successful completion of this seminar.

On 25 February 2026, Mr. HIB Nareth West, Arbitrator and President of the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) and Mrs. VAN Mouyleng, Operation Manager of NCAC, were invited to attend in «Session to Disseminate The Prakas on Simplification of Business Registration» which was held at the Ministry of Commerce under the high presidency of H.E. BUON Sarakmony, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce.

The dissemination session was organized with the participation of the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce, the General Department of Tax, the Techo Startup Center, Foreign Chambers of Commerce, Law Firms, and Banks, with the objective of delivering presentations and providing further detailed explanations on the content of the new Prakas to ensure its effective implementation.

NCAC would like to express its sincere appreciation for the invitation from H.E. the Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, which enabled NCAC to participate, enhance its understanding, and provide comments on the content of this new Prakas.
