ថ្ងៃសៅរ៍ ១១កើត ខែចេត្រ ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្ដស័ក ព.ស ២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹង ថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំមហាសន្និបាតប្រចាំឆ្នាំលើកទី១២ នៅសណ្ឋាគារ ហ្វ៊ែរហ្វៀល បាយ ម៉ារៀត ភ្នំពេញ ក្រោមអធីបតីភាពរបស់លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ ហ៊ឹប ណារិទ្ធិ វេស៍ ប្រធាន ម.ជ.ម.។
នៅក្នុងមហាសន្និបាតលើកទី១២ នេះ ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាប្រតិបត្តិអាណ្ណត្តិទី៥ បានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញអំពីរបាយការណ៍សកម្មភាពឆ្នាំ២០២៥, របាយការណ៍ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុឆ្នាំ២០២៥, និងផែនការសកម្មភាព និងថវិកាសម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ និងត្រីមាសទី១ ឆ្នាំ២០២៧ ព្រមទាំងបញ្ហាប្រឈម និងការវិវត្តន៍ថ្មីៗ។
នៅក្នុងមហាសន្និបាតលើកទី១២ នេះដែរ មហាសន្និបាតក៏បានបោះឆ្នោតអនុម័តលើ ១). របាយការណ៍គ្រប់គ្រងប្រចាំឆ្នាំ២០២៥ និងត្រីមាសទី១ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ២). របាយការណ៍ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុប្រចាំឆ្នាំ២០២៥ និងត្រីមាសទី១ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ និង ៣). ផែនការសកម្មភាព និងថវិកាសម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ និងត្រីមាសទី១ ឆ្នាំ២០២៧។
បន្ថែមពីនេះ សមាជិកនៃមហាសន្និបាតក៏បានចូលរួមពិភាក្សា និងផ្តល់មតិយោបល់ដ៏មានតម្លៃក្នុងការបន្តការគាំទ្រ ការពង្រឹងដំណើរប្រតិបត្តិការ និងនិរន្តរភាពរបស់ ម.ជ.ម. ក្នុងបរិបទនៃស្ថានភាពនយោបាយក្នុងស្រុក ការប៉ះទង្គិចនៅតាមបណ្តោយព្រំដែន និងការវិវត្តនៃនយោបាយអន្តរជាតិ ក្នុងគោលបំណងដើម្បីពង្រឹង និងអភិវឌ្ឍ ម.ជ.ម. ឳ្យក្លាយជាស្ថាប័នមជ្ឈត្តការឈានមុខគេក្នុងការផ្តល់សេវាដោះស្រាយវិវាទពាណិជ្ជកម្ម តាមរយៈមជ្ឈត្តកម្ម និងសន្ធានកម្ម ប្រកបដោយវិជ្ជាជីវៈ គុណភាព ប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងអព្យាក្រឹត្យភាព នៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។
ម.ជ.ម. សូមថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះសមាជិក ម.ជ.ម. ទាំងអស់ ដែលបានចំណាយពេលវេលាដ៏មានតម្លៃ ព្រមទាំងបន្តផ្តល់ការគាំទ្រនៅក្នុងមហាសន្និបាតប្រចាំឆ្នាំលើកទី១២។ ការចូលរួមដ៏សកម្មទាំងនេះ បានញ៊ាំងឱ្យមហាសន្និបាត បញ្ចប់ទៅដោយជោគជ័យ និងរលូន។

On Saturday, March 28, 2026, the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) convened its 12th Annual General Assembly at the Fairfield by Marriott Phnom Penh Hotel, under the presidency of Arbitrator HIB Nareth West, President of NCAC.
In the General Assembly, the Executive Board of the 5th Mandate presented its 2025 Activity Report, the Financial Report, the Annual Action Plan and Budget Plan for 2026 and First Quarter of 2027 as well as the challenges and new developments.
The General Assembly has also voted and adopted the Management Report for 2025 and the First Quarter of 2026, the Financial Report for 2025 and the First Quarter of 2026, and the Annual Action Plan and Budget Plan for 2026 and the First Quarter of 2027.
In addition,the members of the Annual General Assembly has discussed and provided valuable recommendations for their continuous support of NCAC operation and sustainability in the context of Cambodia’s internal politics, clashes along the borders, and the new developments of global politics with the aim to strengthen and transform NCAC to be a leading Centre in providing professional, efficient, effective, and impartial arbitration and mediation services in Cambodia.
NCAC would like to express our sincere appreciation to all members for their valuable time and unwavering support during the 12th Annual General Assembly. Their active participation contributed greatly to the smooth and successful conclusion of the General Assembly.

នៅក្នុងមហាសន្និបាតលើកទី១២ នេះដែរ មហាសន្និបាតក៏បានបោះឆ្នោតអនុម័តលើ ១). របាយការណ៍គ្រប់គ្រងប្រចាំឆ្នាំ២០២៥ និងត្រីមាសទី១ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ២). របាយការណ៍ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុប្រចាំឆ្នាំ២០២៥ និងត្រីមាសទី១ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ និង ៣). ផែនការសកម្មភាព និងថវិកាសម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ និងត្រីមាសទី១ ឆ្នាំ២០២៧។
បន្ថែមពីនេះ សមាជិកនៃមហាសន្និបាតក៏បានចូលរួមពិភាក្សា និងផ្តល់មតិយោបល់ដ៏មានតម្លៃក្នុងការបន្តការគាំទ្រ ការពង្រឹងដំណើរប្រតិបត្តិការ និងនិរន្តរភាពរបស់ ម.ជ.ម. ក្នុងបរិបទនៃស្ថានភាពនយោបាយក្នុងស្រុក ការប៉ះទង្គិចនៅតាមបណ្តោយព្រំដែន និងការវិវត្តនៃនយោបាយអន្តរជាតិ ក្នុងគោលបំណងដើម្បីពង្រឹង និងអភិវឌ្ឍ ម.ជ.ម. ឳ្យក្លាយជាស្ថាប័នមជ្ឈត្តការឈានមុខគេក្នុងការផ្តល់សេវាដោះស្រាយវិវាទពាណិជ្ជកម្ម តាមរយៈមជ្ឈត្តកម្ម និងសន្ធានកម្ម ប្រកបដោយវិជ្ជាជីវៈ គុណភាព ប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងអព្យាក្រឹត្យភាព នៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។
