ក្នុងក្របខណ្ឌនៃសិក្ខាសាលារួមគ្នារវាង ម.ជ.ម. និងអង្គការកម្មវិធីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សហប្រជាជាតិ (UNDP) ប្រចាំកម្ពុជា ស្តីពី "វិស័យសំណង់ និងការដោះស្រាយវិវាទក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការ" កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅសណ្ឋាគារ រ៉ាហ្វល ឡឺ រ៉ូយ៉ាល់ រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ កិច្ចពិភាក្សាតុមូលស្តីពី "យន្តការមជ្ឈត្តការ និងសន្ធានកម្មផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម សម្រាប់ជួយសម្រួលដល់ការដំណើរការឡើងវិញនៃអចលនទ្រព្យដែលជាប់គាំង" ត្រូវបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅ ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីអ្នកជំនាញមកពីប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ម៉ាឡេស៊ី សិង្ហបុរី និងវៀតណាម។
កិច្ចពិភាក្សានេះត្រូវបានសម្របសម្រួលដោយ លោកស្រី សុខ វណ្ណសិកា ដៃគូគ្រប់គ្រងនៃការិយាល័យមេធាវី សុខ ស៊ីផាន់ណា សិដ្ឋាល័យ និងជាមជ្ឈត្តករ និងសន្ធានការីចុះបញ្ជីរបស់ ម.ជ.ម. ដោយមានអ្នកជំនាញជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិរួមមាន៖

As part of the NCAC-UNDP Joint Workshop on Construction and Alternative Dispute Resolution, held on 29 September 2026 at Raffles Hotel Le Royal, Phnom Penh, a Panel Discussion on "Commercial Arbitration and Mediation for Real Estate Reactivation" brought together experts from Cambodia, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam.
The Panel was moderated by Ms. SOK Vanseka, Managing Partner of Sok Siphana Sethalay and NCAC Arbitrator and Registered Mediator, with the following distinguished expert panelists:

In the afternoon session of the NCAC-UNDP Joint Workshop on Construction and Alternative Dispute Resolution, held on 29 September 2026 at Raffles Hotel Le Royal, Phnom Penh, participants were divided into three practical breakout rooms.
Breakout Room 1, "Arb-Med in Practice", was conducted in Khmer and led by Ms. PROM Savada, Partner at Rajah & Tann Sok & Heng and NCAC Arbitrator and Registered Mediator.
Ms. PROM Savada shared insights on the role of commercial arbitration, mediation and the Arb-Med process in addressing the challenges of stalled construction and real estate projects. Through a practical case study and an interactive role-play, participants experienced a realistic mediation and saw how mediation can bridge differences, preserve commercial relationships and lead to mutually beneficial outcomes.

In the afternoon session of the NCAC-UNDP Joint Workshop on Construction and Alternative Dispute Resolution, held on 29 September 2026 at Raffles Hotel Le Royal, Phnom Penh, participants were divided into three practical breakout rooms.
Breakout Room 2, "Expert Evidence in Arbitration", was conducted in English and led by two international experts:
1. Ms. Lynnda Lim, Managing Director of REX C Expert and Dispute Services, Malaysia; accredited expert, arbitrator, adjudicator and mediator
2. Mr. Anil Changaroth, Partner, ADR Practice, and Co-Head of ESG & Building/Construction/Infrastructure at RHTLaw Asia LLP, Singapore; internationally accredited arbitrator and mediator
The session focused on the role of experts in construction arbitration, including methods for evaluating construction delays and how expert evidence is gathered and presented before the arbitral tribunal.
