*Today's Meditation Take away on Cause & Effect*
_Five Niyama_
1) Utu:
Cause and Effect due to *Physics*.
(E.g. Earthquake result in Tsunami)

2) Bija:
Cause and Effect due to *Biology*.
(E.g. Exercise so as to become stronger)

3) Kamma:
Cause and Effect due to *Mental emotional habits.*
(E.g. When we dwell in anger, we become more prone to anger. Same as Craving). It is a form of Habitual energy.

4) Citta:
Cause and Effect due to *Mental Decisions* or *Free-will choice*.
(E.g. Decisions lead to action, action lead to cause and effect. Study hard and get good grades)

5) Dhamma:
Cause and Effect due to the way *society work: systems, culture, truths and etc.*
(E.g. Election, Judgement of guilt)

The existence of Citta (Human's intention) add to Cause and Effect. So be mindful in what you do.πŸ˜ŠπŸ™
