Hey Everyone!

Join us this Friday, 04/09, for NUSBS Weekly Fellowship Session!

This week we will be exploring a little deeper into the Buddhist concept of Suffering. Change is always happening in our lives. Yet, we are never able to really deal with it. The mind tends to spin narratives and complicate things, and so we suffer. Join us this week so we can really try to understand our unhappiness and get to know them better. It is only when we can understand them better , that we may be able to tackle our problems!
