πͺ· NUSBS Retreat 2026 πͺ·
Two days, countless memories, and hearts a little fuller. π
Thank you to everyone who joined us on this retreat. From the Amazing Race and BBQ night to meaningful sharings, meditation, and heartfelt reflections, we hope you found moments of joy, connection, and inner peace.
A heartfelt thank you to our organising committee for the months of planning and hard work behind the scenes, our speakers and spiritual advisors for their wisdom and guidance, and the Bright Youth team and Kong Meng San Phor Kark See Monastery for your generous hospitality and unwavering support. None of this would have been possible without you.
Most importantly, thank you to every participant for bringing your openness, laughter, and sincerity. We hope this retreat leaves you with new friendships, cherished memories, and a gentle reminder to carry mindfulness into your everyday life.
Until the next NUSBS adventure. May we continue to learn, grow, and walk this path together.

π NUSBS Awaken Challenge 2026 π
The Awaken Challenge is more than a competition. It is a journey of learning, reflection, and growth. Through weeks of preparation, teams deepened their understanding of the Buddha's teachings while building meaningful friendships along the way.
A big thank you to everyone who came down to support the event. It was heartening to see youths from different Buddhist organisations come together to learn, connect, and inspire one another.
To both teams, thank you for your hard work, enthusiasm, and commitment. We hope this experience encourages you to continue exploring the Dharma and walking this path together.
May this be just the beginning. We look forward to seeing you at future NUSBS events! πͺ·π

π End of AY25/26 | Thank You, NUSBS Committee πͺ·
As AY25/26 comes to a close, we'd like to express our heartfelt appreciation to every committee member who has journeyed with us this past year.
Thank you for your time, dedication, and countless hours behind the scenes. From planning events and managing logistics to welcoming new members and supporting one another, every contribution has helped shape NUSBS into the warm and vibrant community it is today.
It has been wonderful to see our team grow stronger, closer, and more united with every event. More than what we accomplished, we're grateful for the friendships built, the lessons learnt, and the shared commitment to serving the community.
To our committee, thank you for believing in NUSBS and giving your best. We couldn't have done it without each and every one of you.
Here's to another year of learning, serving, and growing together. Sadhu! ππ

The photos captured the moments, but now itβs time to relive how the KMSPKS Retreat truly felt πΏπ₯
From meaningful Dhamma reflections and quiet moments of mindfulness to shared meals, late-night conversations, laughter, and new friendships, these two days gave us a chance to slow down and reconnect with ourselves and one another.
What made the retreat special was not only the programme, but every person who showed up with an open heart and helped create such a warm and welcoming space. Whether you came with friends or arrived not knowing anyone, we hope you left with meaningful memories, fresh perspectives, and a community that feels a little more like home π€
A heartfelt thank you to KMSPKS, our speakers, facilitators, volunteers, organising team, and every participant who made this retreat possible.
Hereβs to the moments that could not fit into a single photo and the memories we will continue carrying with us long after the retreat π±
